The Bill of Rights may or may not apply to only citizens or to all people living here. Lots of legal ins and outs that the courts haven't gone through yet. Regardless of that legality though, morally shouldn't we support the expansion of those rights? If those rights are good for us, and we basically all agree that they are, then why would we want to deny those same rights to others?

False. Not denying rights to others who are "Legally" here or are in the process of being so by not breaking the law and going through the proper channels.

I own a mortgage company. In that I work for myself, I don’t employ others. I made less money in 2023 than I did my first year in the business in 2004. 2024 has not started off any better, in fact YTD I am worse now than I was a year ago. Last 7-8 years from working my ass off and getting ahead for the first time in my life has been crashed by this shit show in the blink of an eye. Now at 56 years of age i am having to reinvent myself all over again.

That makes sense. The interest rates rose to reduce inflation so now people are not taking out as many loans/refinancing etc.
Hate to hear that for you but you're also old enough to remember that it will get better. Had a buddy in finance that went belly up in 2008 when the economy and mortgage market crashed.
You probably weathered that storm as well. You're also smart enough to realize that 2 percent mortgage rates were historically waaaay too low and that was never going to last forever.
Covid recovery just sped that adjustment up.
Good luck buddy. Hopefully the fed will cut rates this summer and get you rollin again.

While my wages have stayed mostly the same, my ability to save and invest like I used to has taken a substantial hit. Doing things like remodeling my kitchen or other home improvement projects are on the back burner now because everyday expenses are eating up the money I'd put towards those projects. If I wanted to move, that would be far more difficult. Right now i'm in a 3.25% mortgage, So I'm pretty much stuck there or else I'd take a bath on a move. (though I love my place and don't plan to leave it anytime soon) Anyways, yes, my dollar definitely goes a LOT less further than it used to. That's not how it's supposed to be and this Administration doesn't give two shits about it. They will gaslight and toss out propaganda, but real Americans know and see the truth in their personal lives.
