There is a misconception that the U.S. Constitution applies only to U.S. citizens. Some passages and phrases in our laws explicitly state only “citizens” are afforded certain rights, such as the right to vote or bear arms.
However, legal rights, with respect to the justice system are afforded to both citizens, and legal immigrants, legitimately seeking "political" (not economic) asylum.

I've been talking about the philosophical underpinnings of the 2nd Amendment and rights in general and intentionally avoiding the specifics of constitutionality/law because the specifics matter a great deal in such a conversation. Your three minutes of 'research' vomited up exactly the level of education expected of such a superficial glance. The Constitution does not expressly give even "citizens" the right to vote, and the right to bear arms does not directly refer to "citizens" in the way you're implying either.
