It was only a matter of time before the Dims had stopped all freedoms with their fascist SJW controls on social medias. What happened today only stopped one fascist echo chamber. There is a lot more to do to put this country back on track. Besides, are you saying privatizing a business is nationalizing it? Explain that one to me please.

Butt hurt are you?
Dont ask that dude about butt hurt. Youll likely get a crappy answer.

So a Trump voter asked me today to explain net neutrality and what does it mean in regards to its abolishment by the GOP congress. I said, "Well basically it's like the GOP congress just gave the interstate to a bunch of private road contractors. The public roads are now private driveways for those corporations."

what the **** are you even talking about? EA is a publisher, they heavily regulate speech within their brands. Disney is a publisher and heavily censors speech across its brands. School newspapers have tons of censorship rules. Anything that is not considered a public forum or a state actor can be censored. Milo Yiannopoulos' publisher canceled his book deal because they didn't like his youtube videos. Trump tried to censor Macmillian when they published Fire & Fury but they told him to **** off as is their right. Publishers cannot be censored by the goverment (they can if the feds declare it against national security) but can most definitely censor anything they publish. The market is free to censor its goods and also free to lose lots of money if they take it beyond what the public is willing to accept. You do know we still ban books in the US?
Some dipshit got this "publisher" word stuck in your head even though it means jack shit.

In Hazelwood School District v. Kuhlmeier, the high court ruled that school officials can censor school-sponsored publications if their decision is “reasonably related to a legitimate pedagogical purpose.” This means school officials must show that they have a reasonable educational reason for censoring the material.

Have no desire to get back on Twitter. It’s a complete cesspool no matter who owns and operates it.

Pick and choose who you like and can relate to....sports figures, news, politics...etc. Sure, there are rotten apples in every bunch, but eliminating them is fairly easy, and occasionally you just want to argue with someone, lol.

Yep. Reddit is right up there too. But Twitter is pure cancer. It was the only social media platform I used for like 7 years and then a few years ago, I got rid of it (took a break from this place as well) and it did wonders. Consuming that garbage messes with you. It's a cesspool and echo chamber filled with the worst people and tons of bots. You're either arguing with a radical loon or a bot.

I've yet to figure out Musk. Devil's advocate, rich contrarian, robin hood, self appointed protector of free speech, he's got some balls with his bills.
Pretty much feel the same. The dude is one wicked smart mf'er and he does nothing without gaining multiple angles.

Consider this. Elon Musk is a leading developer of AI. He has stated more than once that he needed a larger pool of human consciousness to pull from to advance his AI. Now he has the largest pool on the planet.

Also, he is balls deep in CureVac, he is developing a nuerolink chip that scares the hell out me, and he has multiple government military contracts that make him huge sums of money.

If he can fix Twitter then that is a win. I just wouldn't look at the guy as some kind of savior of all mankind.
