The labor force participation rate is still very low. When people are no longer looking for a job, they magically disappear from the unemployment rate formula.
The labor participation rate was in the 62% and 63% range throughout Trump’s whole term. It’s 62.4% right now.

I doubt Texas would want to join with California. Maybe they will take Florida. Both Texas and Florida were once Republics. West Florida Flag and Texas Flag

Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi could form the Free States of North America.

And 20m more illegals. Probably no impact, amirite?
What's this even supposed to mean? The labor participation rate is the same now as when Trump was in. Obviously it didn't have an impact. Unless you're arguing this economy is weaker than Trump's, in which case it had the strong positive effect of shoring it up to equivalent numbers.

The lowest under Trump was 62.7%, not 62.4%, which is Biden’s best rate thus far.
Glad you took the time to post about .3%. Your labor force participation rate clarification on the unemployment numbers really added to the conversation. These're the high level analytical deep dives I come to CatsIllustrated for.

You're right, it's roughly a million...not plural. Which is still significant.
78 don’t let those clowns punk you, they know individual rates of employment only go up because when unemployment benefits are maxed out and they stop receiving benefits, they are not counted against the numbers anymore. It’s not like Brandon is creating jobs, it just means they don’t count against the spread. 🍺

Since we know Trump is going to run again and will get the nomination, about the only thing that may save our country is Trump winning in 2024 and DeSantis following him up another 8 years. There is so much damage that has been done from the Obama and Biden years it will take a generation to clean up.

Fox has taken in many former Republican administration officials/press secretaries well. They all know how to play the game. Getting a seat in an administration gives you opportunities that you otherwise would have never had. Very few of these people want to work "For The People" They are only trying to advance their careers.
Oh, I am not under any delusion that Fox or the GOP are not exactly the same. Republican vs Democrat politician is 1970s wrestling. They're playing a part and we're the suckers.

All political office is and the intel agency positions are bribery and quid pro quo. I'll give you this to get this in return. No surprise that these intel agencies have jobs lined up with CNN and what not. No surprise that a press secretary gets a gig at a network. I'm sure the scripted questions and access to the network was done with a promise in return.

It's just a complete sham.

I've said here previously that it will be tough for Pubs to pick up tons of House seats b/c the seats are so polarized/gerrymandered already. Net, more than +20 will be tough.

"Currently, RealClear Politics shows Republicans ahead by 3.6 points in the generic ballot tracker. If that holds up through Election Day, it will represent a 6.6 percent positive shift to Republicans from 2020 (Democrats won the national House vote by 3.1 points in 2020).

So, what would a 6.6 point shift to the right look like? At a very crude level, we could say that it would shift the 2020 vote margin in every CD, about 7 points more Republican. So, for example, a district that Biden carried 52 percent to 45 percent (+7) would become a jump ball (50-50) in 2022. Or, a better way to think of it is that any district that Biden carried by less than 7 points would be in danger of flipping to the GOP.

The good news for Democrats is that (at this point) there are only 21 districts where Biden's margin was fewer than seven points. Even if we expand that universe to include districts Biden carried by 8-10 points, that universe of potentially vulnerable Democratic-held seats expands only slightly."

People that don't disavow IMMEDIATELY and CONSTANTLY are guilty of said offense right? Isn't that how it works libs?
Do it to them every time. Seriously, they pull this crap with "white supremacy" so it should be brought up to them to denounce pedophiles, BLM, black violence, Islamic violence.

Don't respond to anything of theirs without demanding they denounce CNN's pedophilia problem and the grooming of children by activist teachers?

Throw their bullshit right back at them.

Most of those GOPers that join the media are Rinos anyway... usually NOT true conservatives.

House voting to legalize pot is nothing but a shameless attempt to win votes.
If the republicans go along with it, Biden is a hero who legalized pot and freed tons of blacks. If they vote against it, they are the "establishment" and are racists.

It might be shameless, but it is a very savvy move. The dems don't really want this, and they know it will die in the Senate, but now they throw the onus onto the republicans. People will shift their vote over this. Smart.

It's a move Trump should have pulled before the 2020 election whether he intended to do it or not. It might have been enough to push him over the line.

Jobs lost due to the lefts political covid scam are not jobs created when said businesses reopen. Lets not forget those who did not return to work because of Mushy’s covid scam buy your vote payouts. The people they put out of work are not jobs created when they become employed again. Only a moron would not see that.

Why do you think Ds don't really want it? If that's true Rs could just pull the rug out from under them by not filibustering. Maybe actually get some good accomplished for the people, by accident.

Are you arguing that the 2022 US economy is as robust and strong as the 2019 US economy? Good luck proving that ... get out of the basement, man.
