I'm not sure how much actual political power she has. IIRC, she has not sponsored a single bill that's gotten passed in the House and this with a Dem majority. If her own party thinks she's a wacko, how much actual power does she have? She appeals to a very specific demographic, i.e., young, low info Gen Z-er but very few in the mainstream. She takes the extreme view on almost every issue and it appears to me that the media loves her but not that many others do.
For the record, I don't dislike her because I can't sleep with her. She's OK looking but the sheer idiocy and leftist lunacy that comes out of her mouth is such a complete and utter turnoff. They will work for an admin or campaign and then go work for one of the networks and you're totally supposed to believe things are impartial and didn't influence the coverage, similar to how FDA employees bounce around pharmaceutical companies.
Not to mention, the amount of spouses and siblings that work for these networks.
Wouldn't matter a whole lot unless New Mexico, Arizona and California joined Texas in doing that.
Fox has taken in many former Republican administration officials/press secretaries well. They all know how to play the game. Getting a seat in an administration gives you opportunities that you otherwise would have never had. I wonder if Dems realize they are losing registered voters in states that make a difference. We can throw out California, Massachusetts and New York because they are locks for the Dems. But down here in 3 years Democrats have gone from a plus of 300,000 registered voters to a minus of more than 100,000 and growing .
