People are not prosecuted for accidentally watching child porn. So, that is not an issue. Trust me, the judge was not sentencing someone who stumbled into child porn mistakenly.
Why didn’t the Biden family generously fund medical research labs in the US?

That’s what happens when you get what amounts to a slap on the wrist. 3 months is not enough time to rehabilitate deviant behavior like that. Such is the liberal mindset though. I have a friend who I have known for years who has “transitioned” to presenting as a man. If my friend wants to be viewed as a man, I respect my friend’s wish. But, while unspoken, my friend and I both know my friend is a biological woman taking hormones and having surgery to induce more masculine features and characteristics. My friend will never know what it would be like to be a biological man, even though my friend “feels” being viewed as a man is innate. I respect “his” wishes for “his” life.

I’m asking because of my ignorance on this issue in legal terms, but does child porn include anyone under 18? I assume it does and if so, I can see how someone could unknowingly watch it.
The biggest problem with Jackson in this area is she seems to always give very light sentences well under the recommendation. There is no way all of those have that many accidental views/distribution of child porn.

You are pretty much spot on with your takes on things. Personally, I run a small manufacturing/wholesale business. It's no big deal, I can retire any time. It's mostly something to do to keep busy, as I'm about 10% the size I was at one time. I compete directly with China (cheap imports) for business. I can't find workers at what I can pay to compete for business, and if I pay what it takes to get workers, I can't compete on price.
Trump was in a really tough spot because if he did not lockdown and cases/deaths skyrocketed he was losing the election. Hindsight 20/20, he and his people were not smart enough to see what the Dems were going to do with the lockdowns and usher in the mail in ballot fraud that kicked him out of office anyway. The long term damage the lockdowns and stimulus money has done to this country outweighs the deaths that would have occurred. Nobody wants people to die but the damage that has been done is completely wrecking this country at a pace not many of us anticipated.
There were many discussions/theories/intelligence in the past on China being up to something and a virus being in the works. With everything Trump was doing to China he should have saw something coming and been better prepared for it but again it’s easy to say all of this after the fact. Dealing with extremely evil and ruthless people who will do anything for power is what Trump had to deal with on a 24/7 basis. His head had to be spinning at that point in time.

I've had this same type theory for about 30 years...and was called crazy by many people, Dem and Repub.
Basically have been saying for years that a party/organization (Dems) that OK'd and then ardently supported abortion (murder) would then, as time goes/went by, go further and further downhill. Become more and more deviant. And we're seeing it daily as we have for the last 25-30 years. What was good and righteous is now bad. Up is now down. Being 'gay' is just an alternative lifestyle to 'gay' marriage. Now the whole trans nonsense to teaching it to little kids.
To me it's biblical. God will take his hand of protection off of you (or the country) and let you go further and further into the sewer.

Problem is as he tried to stop some of the problems going on he was ostracized and met stiff resistance not only from dims but rhinos too. The swamp is big and he did not have enough support.
