There’s no reason (other than cheating) that the ballots mailed on Election Day should not be carrying the same % as all the other ballots. If a majority goes for the candidate behind and gives him the election then it would be 100% cheating unless the margin was in the 100s as opposed to thousands.

I don't think this is a good idea. Virginia is a blue state. The dem has been running on Youngkin = Trump. Youngkin has stayed away from any of that and leaned into the insane policies and proposals of democrats and he's now like 10 points up in the polls capturing a large amount of independents and now D's. Trump isn't going to sway any more of them.
