It’s not straightforward if you believe in individual Liberty, ya know, the central foundation of the nation.
It’s simply giving people the right to choose. It’s the govt telling everyone they must do something over the govt getting out of the way of their natural right to choose.
That woman has to be removed. She is running a sham with the January 6th Commission. Gets rid of all opposition and denies witnesses from giving statements (those are probably the ones committing "suicide").
This would be like a judge allowing a plaintiff's lawyer to pick the whole jury and then denying the defendant's attorney from calling any witnesses to the stand. How is that in anyway legitimate?
If we had any media that actually cared about their jobs they would be writing a bunch of articles and reporting on it all over the news. Of course there are very few legitimate news sources anymore.

As a central authority figure he’s forbidding an action of locals. In this instance making masks a part of local school dress codes. Even comes with penalties for noncompliance. That’s enforcement.

Select add picture icon and paste link. Then select insert.
Then select post reply.
Enjoy picture.
By the way, you also need to make sure the link ends in something like .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, or .bmp. Sometimes there is something after that for controlling the size of the picture and I think makes some pictures clickable. You might have some pictures you want to use with an unusable file type. You also have to watch the file size. I think it's best to keep it under 10mb.

Again people it’s pretty damn easy to understand. If you want to wear masks, you can. If you want your kids to wear masks, you can. If you don’t want to wear masks, you don’t have to. If you don’t want your kids to wear masks, they don’t have to. It’s up to the individuals to weigh their own risks or their kids risks and it’s up to them to take make whatever decisions they think is right. I will always side with the individual getting that ability to weigh their own risks, vs the government making that decision and forcing me.

Which is exactly why Desantis is making the mandates he is. To put that choice into the hands of the parents. And individuals. Any institution at any level above the individual level making a mandate of this type could be construed as overreach. Even mandates at local levels trample on the rights of some of their constituents.
