Are you stating the study didn’t state that it recreated years due to not having data for violent crime?
Are you suggesting that the only reason for a difference in sentencing is strictly based on race? That there’s no underlying circumstances? Are you also implying that unless I take the same childish position that I’m actually not for equal treatment under the law?
Why aren’t concerned that Hispanics are sentenced to lesser terms than Blacks, or that Women are sentenced to lesser terms than men? Because you don’t care about the sentencing, you care about the political narrative.

Hispanics aren't sentenced to less time, black people are sentenced to more. And yes, women being sentenced to less time than men is sex discrimination and bias just like black people getting more time than others is racial discrimination and bias.

A rich black person will get a lesser sentence than a poor white person, etc. It is because of the lawyer that each can afford. The only other discrepancy other than financially, is females receive lesser sentences than males. Saying it is because they are black is a classic mistake made in conducting experiments and analyzing data. You go looking for something and when you find it, you automatically think it was what you were looking for when in fact the cause is a completely different factor. People like Dion break everything down by race ignoring all other factors that can be and usually are the deciding factor.
I started with the same propagandized premise we're all fed, that America is the greatest and best country in the history of the world. Standing for freedom, equality, and democracy. Learning about the reality of history woke me up from that delusion. I would suggest that pursuit of knowledge to all, but I know anything that requires reading or thinking is beyond your pay grade.
That was the goal Dion. It absolutely hasn’t been perfect. Because human beings are imperfect. But if another nation has done it better I’m not aware of it.

Why do the vast majority of debates with a liberal end up in them calling you dumb and/or racist? Of course money is the main factor in sentencing disparity. As a Marxist class struggles are always the first and foremost concern that affect us all. But when controlling for economic differences studies all show that racial sentencing disparities still exist. Are you denying that entirely?

Hispanics are sentenced to less time than blacks, per the study you cited. Are the racist judges slightly less racist toward Hispanics? No, you’re taking a simplistic look at a very large picture, where the only it can possibly be in your mind is race.

The approval process is asanine filled with beaurocracy and paper work then waiting on govt approvals which moves at no efficiency. Also, investment takes time for production and materials....never before has every country able thrown billions to let them jump from the get go. Also, the vaccines have been studied for a decade...just not on this particular coronavirus. There was no rush to push out a vaccine for existing ones or sensible investment when vaccines for the others already existed.
The vaccines were a marvel of capitalism, with private companies saving everyone when the govt got the eff out of the way. Really disproving only the govt is altruistic theme. Which would you rather take if you were forced to take one...these or the Chinese one?
With that said, I don't think it's necessary to vaccinate children.
