Yawn. I've read on the Rafters that half our basketball team has done their obligatory year of the University of John Calipari and are now on to the NBA. I get why they leave/ $$$$$$. I just don't understand why the NBA is so ready to throw money at these guys.

One of my photoshops made me think about the roster from 2013-2014. It was just stacked with dudes who could play, regardless of 3/4/5-stars. Surely Cal could put out another robust roster like that at some point. I tried matching up that team with this years and the holes in this year's roster is insane. If this team had a guy like Johnson, and a shooter like Willis on the bench ..... Forget Platooning, just having guys ready to go is something we didn't have this year, and we were still just a basket away from the Final Four. Wouldn't trade Cal for anyone, but he's got to work on building a team.

Kerry Blackshear, Jr from VaTech very well might be transferring and would be eligible immediately. 6'10" and the guy in the middle that we are missing right now. Cal has already contacted him. We get this dude and we are legit contenders next season if not THE odds on favorite.
