I have quite a few running friends who are in excellent shape in their early to mid-70s. One turned 73 yesterday, and even after a recent Achilles tear can still dust me in a 5k.

As of yesterday, I'm down 25 pounds in the last couple months. After I lose 25 more, Im firing up my Only Fans page and making some serious money.

-Baseball back for us as well and have both boys on the same rec league which is awesome. The 6 year old was forced to try out for teeball, but also was allowed to try out for coach pitch and was given a high 2nd round ranking in that league. While it screwed us in the drafting of the team. no more running across the park from the one son's game to of the others. When travel ball starts, with 2 different teams and 2 different schedules, the fun is over.

He's the new Westwood for me. I've grown to actually really like Westwood as he's gotten older, but I had intense and irrational hate for him in his prime. I'm sure I'll soften on Rose eventually, but for now, I'm rooting for absolutely anyone else this weekend.
