Drinking outside the stadium is likely to go slightly down if beer is served inside the stadium because no need to pound and pound because your time has run out.

Less beer is likely to be consumed inside the stadium rather than outside the stadium because lines/prices.

Less pure grain likely to be consumed inside the stadium because beer.

Ipso facto -> drunk driving may actually decrease by beer sales and Mitch is now the devil.

Ohio State actually did a study that confirms this.

In about a week I'll be over to run over to Evansville to gamble on sporting events. Absolutely absurd backward ass garbage that we continue to let Kentucky and border-town money funnel across straight lines while we clutch our pearls.

Actual wagering aside, people are going to be going across the border to sit in a restaurant, sports bar, etc to be able to use the Apps, funneling immeasurable money into the local economies.

A southern IN sports bar owner has to be high on life right now.

He was fun to watch, he didn't celebrate touchdowns, he liked country music, he wore cowboy hats and he dipped Skoal.

Loved me some Earl Campbell.

COUNTER POINT:

Actually I got nothin’

When I was in wcc’s fine city, I saw that Jack Casino place. Seems awfully close to KY. We are dumb.

These kind of cancel each other out. Instead of "Better pound this because I can't have any inside.", it's going to be "Better pound this because I ain't paying $10 for a miller lite."

-8 or 9 wins this year for the Cats. One of them better be Tennessee. Fun to have realistic optimistic expectations.

-If we don't hear Pass the Courvoisier after every Smoke first down/TD at the Kroge this fall, then what's even the point?

-Tomorrow's forecast is just perfect. Almost enough to make this simpleton forget about the planet melting.

-This rain is just what the doctor ordered for my wife's neglected flower beds. Getting a little tired of buying flowers just to see them burn to a crisp a couple months later, frankly.

-Bought some allbirds a couple weeks ago. Small sample size, but so far they're as comfortable as advertised. Decidedly not an inherently arrogant shoe.

Anyone have the allbirds loungers. I'm good on sneakers but the loungers have me intrigued.

Tailgated for a Bengals game last year and hated it. Don’t like the vibe around NFL fans or big time drinking atmosphere on a Sunday.

Yep. Big reason I dropped my season Tix this year. Not gonna throw down on the most bland experience in sports.

Sister just moved to Seattle so of course I'll be at Century Link for Bengals-Seahawks Week 1.

At least I'm not giving Mike Brown my money directly

Speaking of Catholic in me, these lawyer commercial/ads for lifting child abuse statute of limitation are kinda disturbing...

-I'm an evangelical who thinks it's perfectly fine to sell beer inside the stadium. The Reds do it 81 times a year with minimal incident. Just have a well-trained security staff to handle issues, and add a couple of alcohol-free sections. Boom. Profit.

I'm much more offended by grown men whose Fall "look" is a fleece vest over a button-down. Good grief.

-Spent the night in the ER with my dad. Fell and hit his head, started bleeding on the brain. Was finally sent home at 6 this morning after a second scan showed no worsening. I know several of you have lost parents, so I'm sensitive to that situation(as you are to me losing my brother), but man....as I sat there with my ALZ-mother all night waiting for results, the stark reality of aging parents just hit me square in the face. Always helps me recalibrate my priorities for the short- and long-term.

-First cross-country meet of the season tomorrow. Not sure what I'll wear. Definitely not slides, though. That would look ridiculous.

Llama, you can prepare yourself, but when it happens you are no where near as prepared as you thought. Just sucks and definitely changed my view on trying to live for today.

So sorry, Llama.

Agree with justa. Losing my Mom at a relatively early age made me realize that being unhappy or wasting time not living the life you want is pointless. Also, watching my Mom not fear death, but show a profound acceptance of it being a part of life has pretty much liberated me from that fear.

Still not sure how I feel about the new Tour Championship/FedEx Cup Net setup, but you can't argue with the guaranteed awesome leaderboard it will produce each year if it stays the same.

Koepka
Xander
JT
Rory
Cantlay
Kuchar
Reed
Casey
Hideki
Finau
Woodland
Rahm

...are your Top 12, playing for a $15 Million first prize. That's pretty dope, actually.
