Jump on the stair climber and train for this. http://action.lung.org/site/TR?fr_id=16324&pg=entry
I'm still a fat, but I'd venture to guess I now have nicer calves than the good doctor.
Krazyfat lol *eats a fourth slice of little caesars*
If you're not taking one of the crazy routes up then you'll be fine. Coming down is the hardest part.
Have you been to/climbed Rainier?
-Congrats again about getting after it buddy. Fat people (I’ve watched it personally) end up with like 3 months to a year+ end up dying in horrible ways just FYI. Alone, in an ICU bed with huge debt and hating themselves for being huge. Unless you’re fighting MMA/Football you should never be over 230+.
I’m 39 and in great health. I’ve got 50-60 years left to find true love.
I don't know about easy but a bunch of the routes are 2 day trips and pretty low grade. We researched it quite a bit after Kili. Avalanches out there are what would worry me.No, but evidently the summit is fairly easy.
You get 60 days training, what could you run a mile in?
