Ranked 2 and 3 in final rankings. It’s almost unconscionable. We are 20 games into the season and they are useless. One I would understand but both?
Bradshaw was pretty raw at Camden . I’m not all that shocked that he’s struggled to adjust .

Starting to think these guys camps pay for their rankings. Kinda like Texas HS football.
People said the ‘23 Class was very weak.
If Bradshaw was 6’8” or shorter he would be hanging out at Camden Community college studying Business or Communications. Some guys play basketball because they are tall.
But Z is behind Bradshaw? This team will never reach their full potential because of cal. I won’t be surprised if we have seen the last of Z.
I hate to give up on kids, but it is getting to the time of the season when you can’t afford to play guys just hoping they will turn on.
It’s time.
Z needs to get a big majority of minutes at that spot and Thiero the other.
I’m not sure how many mins they played tonight but maybe Cal is finally ready to hurt feelings to win games. Those guys are 8-10 min a game at most. Sheppard, Reeves, and Mitchell are our foundation.
Bradshaw struggling with size and physicality of SEC basketball was easy to predict, but Edwards being a negative is maybe the most surprised I've been with a recruit in a while. In HS he just seemed to positively impact the game in so many ways. It's clear the athleticism is somewhat of an issue but confidence and comfort seem to be the biggest problems for him. Mental at this point.

And that's why this team won't win anything that matters. Had to have the majority of the freshmen do well.
💯💯 two things have to happen for this team to tap into their true potential.
1) Reed or Rob primary ball handlers and let DJ play off the ball and do him .
2) Develop Big Z and let him grow . It’s almost February now is the time .
Z has more talent than Ugo and AB combined. He stands to give this team so much more than either of those 2 guys are capable of. Just got to let him play and get comfortable.
Got to believe the weight of everything is getting to Edwards. He’s already a year old for a freshman, right?
Think Wagner is most overrated on team. Thought he was JW ll.

If Bradshaw could at least play to his height on D and catch a lob or 2 a game, then I'd be good with it. As for Edward's, I have no clue how you fix him. His game is broken.

He dominated HS but he isn’t a true PG like Wall is and he isn’t athletic . Also doesn’t help this is his first time playing PG in years . Idk why Cal is forcing that on the team .
Edwards played 9 minutes tonight. Anyone complaining about it is just being dumb at this point.

I watched Big Z get ABUSED down low, give up several offensive rebounds because he was watching the ball instead of going after it and on the offensive end he couldn't get open or get an offensive rebound.
Big Z needs to get stronger. But there are some teams that he could help us, just not tonight.

Oh they see it. But Cal knows if he doesn’t give them minutes he won’t get another player from their camps ever.
He's stronger than Bradshaw and the only way you get used to these games is by playing in them. I agree, he may not have helped a bunch tonight. I'm speaking more in the grand scheme of things. If Z isn't playing a larger role, this teams ceiling is lower.
