Maybe it’s just me…

I love to go back and watch old games on YouTube. The other day I went back to watch the Houston-UK game on Super Bowl Sunday of 1984. Just good memories. I also went back and watched the 1993 tourney run again, because I was a senior in high school and headed to Uk the next fall. What an exciting team that was from sheer offensive execution.

What are some of your faves to go back and at least watch clips of???? Or maybe I’m just the weirdo who loves to do this from time to time!

Stoops and White

Should step up and be men and take blame. Those two cost the players and fans the game. Stoops is never gonna change. He continues to play that conservative ridiculous 3rd and long defense. At this point it’s expected. He’s maxed out as a coach. He gets burned time and again and doesn’t change. But here’s the real kicker. The defensive players played great time and time again. Put themselves in a lot of 3rd and longs for Clemson, then the coaches back stabbing them time and again. If I was Walker I’d have a meeting with coaches on the bus. This is little league coaching BS.

Stoops being Stoops

He can’t help himself. This is who he is. He isn’t going to play any different. We have and always will give up the 3rd and 18 first downs . If you like losing this way then stay in the group who thinks that Stoops is the ceiling . That UK can’t do any better in Football, and go to sleep tonight Happy.

Or you can join those who think there is a higher ceiling out there for UK Football and not settle for moral victories and will go to sleep tonight Unhappy knowing that most other Coaches who make 9 million dollars a year would have won that game at UK.

Football Setting expectations for UK's transfer class

My assessment is that UK has four plug & play starters, two important long-term depth pieces, and Allen, who will be a veteran presence who knows the offense in a room with total turnover.

Another big key will be how different Trayanum is as a RB than Davis, and what that means for how Coen decides to build the '24 offense.
