Trying to regulate nil or transfers

Is against the court. So stop its the way it is. The ncaa didnt want to collectively bargain bc they were taking 100% profits. Now the tables have turned. Unless the ncaaa disassembles they will never bring the players to the table bc why would they come after ncaa shit on them for so long?

Its not ideal but it is what it is so stop saying “cap nil” “stop unlimited transfers” it literally is done in court. Players have power they wont give it up. Why would 18-24 yr old players give up their checks? Especially when some wont see nba checks

Only way this regulates itself is boosters stop cutting checks which will happen and the market correct itself in about 10 years

DEI Dominates the University of Kentucky

Since this is about UK, I thought it deserved its own thread.

"The University of Kentucky is in trouble. Though a conservative state legislature has been in power for more than a decade, university administrators have created a sprawling DEI bureaucracy that encourages racial discrimination in hiring and scholarships, attempts to control students’ “unconscious thoughts and behaviors” through mandatory diversity training, and even requires new building projects to allocate up to $1 million toward public artwork that pushes left-wing ideology."

I watched 2015 game vs Notre Dame last night

1. Cal looked scared to death all game long. Looked like the weight of the world was on his shoulders.

2. You have to wonder how Poythress would have helped us in the end. Seemed like a natural matchup on Vasturia and Dekker and whoever Duke had.

3. Webber and Elmore called that game as if their kids were going to school at Notre Dame. The play by play guy was awesome, though.

4. I really thought when we survived this game we would play loose against Wisconsin, but it was the same uptight team. Maybe even worse. Duke game would have been a nightmare.
