If not, it should have been so close that they would have to review it I would think.

Maybe a tenth or two left, but that wouldn’t have been enough time to go the length of the floor. I’m not sure what the rulebook technically says, but you’re not going to see referees essentially reverse the outcome of a game by calling a technical for rushing the floor when there wasn’t any time showing on the clock when it happened.
