Then you will go to an airport and get strip searched in order to board the plane and show you ID and vax card to prove you are OK to travel... Then you will bitch if they want to raise taxes to pay for veteran benefits and you'll also complain about inflation due to deficit spending... But yea... We are the crazy ones>

I don’t support spending for Ukraine under the current circumstances. I think I’ve made myself clear.

“Any circumstances” would need to be defined and I can address the specific hypothetical.

Sure, maybe circumstances could arise where Ukraine wasn’t a corrupt shithole and sending hundreds of billions of aid to prolong a war they’re going to inevitably lose unless the U.S. and EU states put boots on the ground to win back rubble filled cities would make sense, but I haven’t seen those circumstances yet.

I can’t speak to his rationale but I suspect that loaning it is at least better than giving it.
