The linked thread was initiated AFTER the 2017 season when UK had 7 wins. The OP expresses his belief that Stoops is the guy who can get UK to 9 wins. Phatty says “nope, not Stoops;” yet wants us to now believe he then predicted 9 wins for the 2018 season.

I’ve been watching college football for 40 years. I think I know when I see a coach who knows how to manage time and game situations.

Stoops and especially the Big Dog have made up a lot of ground.
I think next year will be a better year to judge where we are at.
Terry should be back as well as most of our starters on both sides of the ball plus Davonte Robinson and the LSU transfer at DB.

WYMT had video taken from 180 degrees opposite perspective as that of the Florida fan. In that video you can see both of Kash's hands and what he does with them. It's why Stoops first said that Kash would still start and then changed his position and suspended him for the 1st quarter.
If you review the Florida fan's thread...in that thread I defended Kash because that video it was unclear. This other video was very clear.
For whatever reason WYMT took that video down...I think we can all speculate as to why. Had it exonerated Kash, it would have been left up.
So now you criticize Stoops for a quarter suspension...mmmkay. Just admit that you're going to disagree with him regardless what he does or why he does it. You're also probably one of the idiots that takes to tweeting and attacking players on social media. Perhaps when you have 60 years experience in watching college football like myself you'll see the errors of your way. At least there is always hope.

I'm not going to try arguing the points you made; most are valid. HOWEVER, having said that, you still come off as extremely ungrateful to Stoops for generating more excitement and promise around the football program than there's ever been in my lifetime. Let the dude grow into the job, and see what kind of coach he becomes after, say, 10 years as head man. I predict we'll be pleased with his growth.
