Got to keep Wilcox IMO and as far the receivers go I'm fine with a who has left and am excited for who's still here and who's coming in. Love Rodriguez and Gilmore and Maclin and love the entire freshamn group, just worry about their inexperience to help next year. The new coach needs to be a good one.

Hope Fred Farrier sticks around too. He showed some promise as well.

"Mark" said nothing of the sort, he can't publicly comment on this player. You made that up. He was a RS last year, contributed to his ZERO catches I'm sure.

Stoops did say we were going to be better next year, but not in the context of discussing a particular player. It was a general statement. As for this receiver, know nothing about him but if he wasn’t able to crack a rotation st UConn of all places and got a redshirt, then that doesn’t bode well for him in the SEC. But again, that’s just my first glance response to a post without knowing anything about the kid. Was he injured?

Montgomery, a 6-2 195 receiver described himself as fast, high IQ, physical and strong. Marrow liked his film and offered. Marrow said he was 'explosive.' Only three hours from his home, sounds like a done deal. Already talking about the team as 'we.' Only played in four games last season so has four years of eligibility left. Wants our coaches to help him with getting off quick and route running to make him better.

Well hopefully we can land a WR coach capable of doing that. The ones we had couldn’t teach the guys we had here before those things.

Think that's the right choice. Obviously you take guys from p4 schools that you believe in but we need much more proven guys going forward

He went from UGA to Rice, obviously couldn't cut the mustard at UGA, tell me why we'd want him? If we're going the G5 route, I'd prefer guys that wound up there to start and out-performed their rankings or level of play.

That’s exactly what Stoops said he would do. He is going after game experienced players.

Well Stoops will either look like a genius or a dumbass with this philosophy. He couldn’t win with a bunch of 4 stars and draft picks so he recreates a productive MAC team. Color me skeptical.

Recruit high potential guys and bring proven transfer guys. We can't afford to bust on our transfers anymore.

Because UGA has produced some of the best LB'ers in the country the last few years. 99% of LB'ers in college wouldn't play a snap at UGA.

At least Wilcox doesn't run his mouth on the field and get unsportsmanlike conduct penalties that kill the team's chances of winning a game.

I wish Stoops was as concerned about the lack of discipline from some of his " chosen few" as he is about a kids shoes coming untied after taking a viscous hit running the ball.
