Question for all

Good news is i still believe we have plenty of shooters. I still expect to be a better shooting team than last year because of the versatility of our guards. I’m good, but I really wanted Wilkerson
At this point…. Just gotta wait and see🤷 I know one thing though, people need to stop drooling over these portal guys lol.. You come great, you don’t ? Kick rocks 👍

That's crazy.
Brea was considered the leading three point shooter in the nation. ROBINSON WAS A LAST MINUTE Pull out of the draft.
I think you are remembering someone else.
Brea was a high percentage on a fairly low volume of shots prior to UK. Robinson wasn’t a major scorer/shooter.

We lacked the 16-20ppg making 2.8-3.5 3pt makes per game at 44%+ this year and it’ll be an even more glaring hole on this next years team.

Less to do with LW being an amazing player and more about the specific role fit for me, Bill. Not the end of the world — heck I think I’m already about over it lol
What my man said here. This is about us being fixated on our roster more than about the portal or any particular player. Knowing what we need, does OP want us to not get excited when it looks like we are about to get it?

People have gotten so territorial that:

A.) One side can’t be frustrated if we miss a player

B.) The other side can’t think we are good either way.

Don’t get the hostility, man. Cat on cat crime through the roof today.

I think some of our less attentive fans thought he put up those numbers for Houston. It was actually Sam Houston. That's against the likes of Kennesaw State and Florida International and the other stalwarts of Conference USA -- where his team finished 6-12 by the way.

That's not to say he might not have filled the Brea role of spot up shooter. But he's saying he wanted to be "The Man?" At Kentucky?

I predict if he had signed with the Cats, and gave the interview he gave with Field of 68, we'd all be going through a huge case of buyer's remorse, when people looked more closely at his background. After all, somebody had to score -- even for the next to last place team in Conference USA...
My thoughts exactly. We’ll never know but it’s very possible we dodged a bullet not signing him. Sounds like a toxic attitude and not right for our program.
