GP but I don't agree that short term prices increase. With the differences in the "hidden" taxing going on that amount will be trivial at best. I can go very deep into this but suffice to say, the middleman is reducing now as well to "stay" the middleman. The profiteers are the middlemen in this equation, not the producers/ manufacturers in many, many cases, nor the retailers.

I believe that some retailers will take full advantage and raise prices at the beginning.

Mag Citrate, bleh. I had that procedure done a couple of months ago and was given Miralax and a couple of lax pills. That wasn't to bad at all compared to the Superep I had been given before. Man that stuff about killed me. Also, banana popsicles make life better.

Again, what I don't understand is calling anyone who disagree with this tariff policy "leftists". It is literally leftists who would traditionally favor this type of protectionism. Republicans have traditionally been against this.

When foreign nations hit us left and right with protectionist policies and tariffs and we bend over and take it, that's not fair trade. I can only speak for myself. I'm for actual free trade when possible. I'm sure those with global business interests like Mitt Romney and those who made promises to foreign lobbyists aren't too happy about them.
