Trump should drop a van load of these animals at the front door of the judge who tried to interfere with deportations. Should just keep dropping them there. Give them whatever it takes to have this judge’s place just wrecked.

It’s time to take the fight right to these idiots and make them pay for their treason.
Nobody has a problem with hardened gang members being deported....
But you can't break the law to go after people that break the law.
That is a fast track to fascism.
Obey the law. Follow the Constitution. Challenge judicial rulings in a legal manner.

It didn't prevent infection, and it didn't keep people over 70 from dying. If it didn't prevent infection, it also didn't prevent transmission.

Here she is admitting that (the shots didn't prevent infection) in order to promote an antiviral product for the pharmaceutical industry, as if it's just no big deal that they foisted an ineffective shot on the public, while demonizing KNOWN and USEFUL antivirals already on the market during the hysteria caused by Birx, Fauci, and the media.

The data China initially gave us about the illness was consistent with the results. Less deadly than the flu. Covid as a cause of death was minimal. In many cases it was lack of preventive medicine and lack of early treatment that caused the cascade leading to death from other causes.

The plandemic was created for the treatment, not the other way around.

Your facts ain't facts.
No comparison to how the stock market performed under Biden compared to Rump.

"The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 228 points, or 0.6%. The S&P 500 shed 1%, nearing correction territory; it traded around 8.6% below its record. The Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.7%.

Tesla, one of the stocks hardest hit during the market's recent correction, was down yet again on Tuesday. The stock fell 5% after RBC Capital Markets lowered its price target on the electric vehicle name, citing rising competition in the EV space. It's declined 36% over the past month."

Which part that I stated was not a fact?

Wonder if the a Tesla stock drop has anything to do with Dem governors who a year ago mandated EV but now pushing bans on Tesla, or the Dem foot soldiers vandalizing the dealerships?

Sounds a bit fascist.

Also, as of 2024, the VAERS system managed by the CDC and FDA (who stand and have stood to lose a lot if all of the AEs reported were allowed to stay on record) failed to list ONE SINGLE reported death due to the shots, even for people who died on camera and/or immediately after injection in front of witnesses. Not ONE.

I know of one person who died directly from receiving it as mandated by their new employer. I know others who died from other disorders and/or conditions that started immediately after injection. I also know personally people that had heart related adverse events immediately after injection but survived due to proximity to care (still in the medical facility where mrna treatment was given). Their doctors admitted the injection caused the AE but declined to report it to VAERS for fear of losing their jobs.

It's impossible that there was not one report filed with the system, and that no one died from the treatment, as it was a listed potential side effect prior to the EUA committee approving it. Severe Anaphylaxis was a known AE all along, and there were reports with video in the news of people collapsing and dying after being injected.

It’s more than a “bad look”.

The point is that it’s a HUGE conflict of interest for her dad. He shouldn’t be the judge on the immigration case that was brought to court on Saturday because of that fact alone. His ruling directly helps his daughter & the organization(s) with which she is affiliated.

I agree in terms of public opinion. To get something actionable, its much stronger if they find a money trail which will definitely be there.

"Cheap labor is fundamentally a crutch, and it's a crutch that inhibits innovation. I might even say that it's a drug that too many American firms got addicted to. Now if you can make a product more cheaply, it's far too easy to do that rather than to innovate."

"Last month, we posted 9,000 new auto jobs after many years of stagnation."

Zero respect for the Constitution or rule of law.

New headline-
"Judge demands to know why illegal pop tarts were NOT returned from China and restocked on Kellogg's shelves in supermarkets in spite of his orders to do so."

The judge said, "It shouldn't matter that the pop tarts also had known, harmful ingredients in them, and that my family and donors directly benefit from their sale. I'm an appointed judge and my authority should not be questioned by someone elected by mandate of the people."

His wife and daughter could not be reached for comment, as they went into witness protection.

"Nobody has a problem with hardened gang members being deported...."

Except a liberal Obama judge whose family makes money off of them staying here illegally, and those who would support frivolous lawsuits and spurious judicial claims that seek to knowingly circumvent case and legislated law.

It is NOT constitutional to issue a ruling or demand that is 1. Out of your jurisdiction, 2. Something from which you should recuse yourself, 3. Against something you KNOW is legal and within the authority of the person performing their duties 4. in another branch of government. Neither is any of the judge's actions "rule of law" but the VERY OPPOSITE of it and in direct violation of the judge's oath of office.

Did you read your own article you clown? It explains the reason for the sales which have nothing to do with loss of confidence in the company. In fact, one of the sales was to raise cash to buy even more shares at a lower option related price. Another was a pre- announced sale program.

Oh... You just can't read at all. I've won 2 bets on this board and have never been "paid" for either. So forgive me if I don't trust another dem to pay after losing. How about just admit you don't read anything and don't think about the post you read here.... I'm not predicting it you goober. I'm simply saying that people in Canada are interested especially in Alberta. Keep routing for other countries over us though you loser.
congrats on your winning bets!!! It’s not a matter of “routing” for other countries. It’s the fact that Trump runs his mouth, says he wants Canada to be the 51st state and half the losers on this board get all excited. Now according to many the Canadians are suddenly not our friends. Meanwhile trump has managed to piss off another ally. That’s the bigger long term concern. Flip it around for a second. Imagine we have a neighbor who we get along with relatively well. Then their leader starts spouting off about adding the US as their 11th province? Americans would lose their minds if that was even suggested.

Then you go off and find some article about how some in Alberta aren’t happy. Who gives a shit? I can find find thousands in the US who are unhappy but it doesn’t mean they will break off and get to do their own thing. Look at the Greater Idaho movement.
Btw just giving you shit about routing v rooting.

"These cowardly morons don’t seem to understand that all their power and authority is little more than a figment of the political imagination—once the desire to believe in the judicial tooth fairy is gone, it is gone forever, and nothing will bring it back.

Wiser men with far stronger backbones understood this for centuries—they knew their power as an institution was entirely one of perception, given the institution’s lack of any real power to enforce its rulings against the two far more powerful branches of the federal government.

The Supreme Court controls no army and no bank account. Its police can barely keep people out of its own building or away from the homes of its members. How on earth will it enforce rulings without the force of money or arms? The simple truth is it cannot, and its smarter members—until recently, at least—understood the court’s unique challenge: how to enforce rulings against two institutions despite any real power to do so.

Those with brains and no fear of their own shadows knew this was only possible if the politicians and the people believed the courts had the necessary credibility and reputation to produce long-term deference to its decisions.

We are rapidly approaching the point where that is no longer the case.

And if Justices Tweedledum and Tweedledee insist on closing their eyes and sticking their fingers in their ears in the belief that if they can’t see or hear or the consequences of their own idiocy and cowardice then there won’t be any, then their only precious legacy will be the destruction of the very institution they’re allegedly so desperate to save."

A buddy of mine sent me a screen shot this morning. A Lexington realtor has Trump and Elon living in his belfry rent free, he's completely psycho obsessed.

Anyway the meme talks about "... canceling SpaceX and Tesla subsidies would save $18B..."

Except, well, SpaceX doesn't receive any subsidies.

...and neither does Tesla....

So it's kind if awkward. He's got all kinds of false and defamatory accusations, disgusting comments about the president and those who voted for him. Nothing else. Just that. TDS is his lifestyle choice... lmao.

Roberts is such a worthless cuck.

If corrupt judges are going to disregard our constitution and decide cases based on politics, and the justices on scotus do the same, impeachment is the remedy.

Robberts and Barrett should be impeached or removed (whichever is quicker) for voting against the constitution with their fraud-supporting decision re:USAID. Once that's done they need to investigate them both, and disbarr and prosecute if they find conflicts of interest and/or evidence of outside influence, bribery, or collusion to defraud the people in their communications. The NSA has all of it already.

A hit dog yelps. Give what came out about usaid, is there any doubt roberts is in the club? The obamacare decision alone is illustration of that. There was an insane amount of mental gymnastics required to call it a tax and therefore having it pass muster.

Also imo thats why its important to not push impeachment based on any one decision. Doge should be following each trace of money to the end destination. We know usaid paid prosecutors and judges at all levels. Find them and out them BEFORE their bad decisions.

Cernovich- “Alexander Hamilton wrote in the Federalist Paper No 78 that the judiciary, unlike the Executive and Legislative branches, has "no influence over either the sword or the purse." Hence judges must not exceed their appointed role, nor legislative from the branch.

Americans are watching DC judges appoint themselves as Head of HR, by demanding fired employees be reinstated. Now a judge, who cooperated with FISA court fraud, and himself should have been impeached and removed from office, has proclaimed he has the power to determine how Trump may use his power in matters of removing illegal immigrants who belong to terrorist gangs.

Trump can say, No. Courts can issue contempt findings. Who is going to serve the arrest warrants? US Marshals? The Marshalls fall under Executive authority.

Congress, of course, has the power to impeach and remove Trump from office. Judges lack any such authority, and it would be unfathomable to our Founders to see this vulgar power grab and use of show trials in DC.

Because Trump's actions are popular at the 80-20 or even 90-10 level, there is no appetite for the democratic remedy of impeachment.

In this conflict between activist judges, some of whom sleep in the same beds (literally) of people who represent the opposing side and work for Trump-hater groups, Trump will win.

This is not my opinion. This was proven this last November.

Judges must conduct themselves appropriately, which is to say, they must admit Trump has the power to deport illegal criminals, fire employees, and interpret the full use of his Article 2 powers independently.

Hyper-partisan judges drunk on stolen power haven't thought this through. They will lose the standoff.

For the sake of the country, Roberts must bring these lower courts to heel.

Otherwise judges will be in the position of issuing orders Trump is not obliged to follow, and as is his prerogative, he will not obey them.”

I know I’m always fighting the pro Israel crowd on this forum but how does someone see this and not see that we are owned by Israel?

The Justice Department and FBI announce a new task force to target Hamas over Oct. 7 attack

Why the hell are we focused on this? This should not be our government’s fight or how our resources should be used. We have enough shit to worry about on our own soil.

Just know that after the boomer conservatives are gone, the support for Israel will hit rock bottom from everyone but Jews and those who take money from their lobby.

You may be right that if we have a president who is so lawless that he ignores the federal court system, including SCOTUS, that there is nothing that anyone could do about it. But that's not going to happen because Trump is not that stupid (or lawless). For example, the USA's arguing in all of these cases that you claim activist judges are presiding over are making legal arguments. They are not just saying "we are the executive branch - FU" as you seem to want them to do.
