Catturd follows people on X. By following his post it saves other people time. We don't have to sift through tons post and we can instead just follow a few aggregators. His commentary on the post he is responding to is usually funny. We understand Catturd isn't actually an investigative journalist traveling the world for news. During covid someone created an entirely fake pediatrician that had a huge verified social media following and made the virtual rounds talking about how dangerous covid was for kids and why lockdowns and school closures were great. Iirc she even had a recurring piece in the nyt.

After a reporter did some digging to run a puff piece, she kept getting the run around. Then tried locating her contact info on state medicine boards. Wasnt there. Upon further digging she wasnt anywhere. Her office address was actually a massage parlor.

When it got out the story was about to hit the accounts closed down and everyone acted like it never happened. Id love to get some investigation on who set that up and was complicit. Social media was at least complicit because they verified a profile of someone that never existed.

Axios, very left leaning, had a poll on deporting every illegal and 66% of their respondents were OK with deporting everyone. That is YUGE.

Interesting what colors they choose for the graph. looking deeper into this ... the dark blue area is +45%, the rest of the blue is ~+20% and the red areas, both of them, are -2%.
