You are exactly right. Too many panty-waste we have in SES positions anymore. There are a few I respect, but that is very few.The "mantra" in the swamp.... "Uh, we don't know what's going to happen." "We have no idea what's in store." "We might actually have to show up daily for work.", "Leadership is in the dark as well, waiting for input from higher up.", "Let's wait and see what happens, it will be harder to implement than what people are being led to believe.", "We will have to wait and see and be ready.", "We will act when we know what to do."
