What's the difference, a lot of them stayed at home during covid and workdays when they could have been legislating to help the American people. 40-50 years ago, yes. But they're pretty readily replaced these days. MIL in nursing home had one done at age 81 some 25 years ago & was fine with that hip - but not much else.
