I won't lie. Watching Woke Kerr and Lebron lose would make me laugh.
You left out the most important aspect of the law.... It ended ASYLUM as a reason to enter America.
Trump can do whatever the F he wants with the border but until the current ASYLUM Law is ended.... The Border Patrol MUST allow ANYONE that enters ANYWHERE on the border or by water into America if they claim ASYLUM. The current law says they are allowed in and must see a judge at some point to determine if their asylum claim is valid.
Many enter and never return to the court. Many do.
But until that is removed as law... They have to let them in period.
