Here's the difference, Trump was the one writing a check, Hillary was the one receiving the checks.

The Foundation's are different in the same way. Trump, like most wealthy people had a foundation for tax purposes. I think I read it had 3 million dollar budget, Hillary's on the other hand was her and Bill's job, it has an operating budget of 150-200 million, and as a govt official she traded political favors or Appt's for cash.

Wy do you think all the tech guys got behind Hillary? You really think ideology played much of a part in it? No, they made a deal, they'll support her and if elected she'll put GOVT money behind ensuring every American has high speed internet, as well as pushing for Global internet access. That means more customers and money for the tech sector.

Watching the game with family today and we had a good mix of democrats/republicans and of course politics is brought up.

Not usually my style to get involved so I watched the game and ignored the back the forth, but the one thing a dem brought up that could well play out is that if Trump is elected his "America first" mentality will offset many nations and his ability to negotiate any deals at all like he thinks.

Said the racism etc is just BS and anyone that doesn't know it is a socialist, period.

Also pointed out that while we as America thing things are still in control that there is a reason certain countries are propped up by us and it's because of the ties to China and how we are directed to do so as long as they hold our debts.

Was a weird and different argument all together than I'm used to from the anti Trumpers, but at least it was thought out.
