Executive privilege belongs to the President. It’s not Bolton’s choice whether or not he can testify. If he is subpoenaed, Trump will claim executive privilege and the Supreme Court will decide if Congress has the power to force disclosure of high level executive branch discussions as part of a fishing expedition. Hint, they can’t.
I want Supreme Court precedent that can be relied upon in the future. If that means Bolton testifies, fine.

The time to seek his testimony was in the house. They didn't. That's really all that matters. If they really wanted his testimony, they should've pursued it in the court system. They didn't because they know he has nothing helpful and legally they have no grounds.
