We've had the war on drugs for 50 years now. You can't just legalize pot in a couple states and expect everything to just magically fix itself. This is something that will take generations to fix. You have to reestablish communities previously built around drug trade while introducing jobs those people can actually fill and live on. You have to find ways to encourage minority groups massed up in ghettos to spread out while not forcing out through gentrification. You also have to understand that cities will always have higher crime rates no matter what you do. When you stack people on top of each other it guarantees more crime because humans are just slightly smarter animals. You also have to rebuild American culture to where people actually respect each other again and aren't just trying to get famous on youtube.
Why is that a problem, if not racism? If 90% of all commercials contained happily married white couples, would that bother you? Is that not also pretending that happily married white couples far outweigh their statistical presence? How about if 90% of all commercials contained happily married black couples?

How about mixed couples of different religions? Different educational levels? Lived together first? Socioeconomic background?

The original deal was 250k in tax breaks per job. The highest ever offered by the state before was 30k per job. The best case scenario for cost recoup was 30 years. They have also also dumped hundreds of millions into infrastructure updates and land seizures for a facility that will never exist. So far foxconn has not created a single job they promised. Yea, going just like it's supposed to! Walker was running a con and probably taking millions in bribes for such a monumentaly stupid deal. He thought it would kick off his career to a Senate run. Trump gave him a board seat on some federal program as a consolation prize.
