Liar. He was talking about the traitor who broke the law and illegally leaked to the whistleblower. And he never threatened anyone. Why are you all so dishonest? Nothing worse than a liar.
It is not illegal to disclose that someone has potentially broken the law. The POTUS isn't immune to whistleblowers. Anybody and everybody that has a job that is in any way government connected knows this as we are required to certify that we know 1) We are REQUIRED to report any suspected violations of laws...failure to do so can result in disciplinary actions including dismissal and/or legal action... and 2) It is illegal for anyone to retaliate against whistleblowers.
Your ignorance of the law doesn't make someone else a liar.

Perfectly good explanation for this. Nothing corrupt about it. He wasn't trying to cover corruption up, but was actually trying to prevent corruption. TDS is a hell of a drug. There are literally traitors in the WH working to undermine and sabotage Trump, even if they have to break the law to do it.

After all of the dozens of illegal leaks during his first year as president, including the transcripts of three different private and privileged phone calls, Trump and his team developed a system to stop the leaks. Looks like it worked well too.

That's partly why this whistleblower filed the complaint. They were mad when they found out they didn't have access to the transcripts anymore (it says it right there in the complaint) which prevented them from stealing it and leaking it.
You'll have to explain how hiding something "prevents corruption"? Leaks aren't corruption, they expose it...and if you aren't doing anything wrong or illegal then there should be nothing to hide.

The whistle blower isn't the one who heard the conversation, or even read it. Someone told them, that didn't have the authority to do so. That is where the "spy" statement Trump made is referring to, the person that gave the info to someone not authorized to have it.

Your ignorance and hatred is shining brightly, you don't realize or care what those actions will cause.

Fuzz doesn't care about law-breaking as long as it hurts Trump. Or if it is a dem doing it.

He doesn't care about Fast/Furious (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn't care about IRS targeting (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn't care about secret tarmac meeting (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn't care about spying on journalists (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn’t care about setting up an illegal private server to avoid FOIA requests (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn’t care about classified info being found on a private server and on others’ servers (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn't care about destroying subpoenaed evidence (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn’t care about a SoS getting tens of millions of dollars laundered through a foundation in a pay for play scheme (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn't care about illegal political espionage started by a political opponent paying for fake foreign intel (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn’t care that a dem President used the entire IC against a political opponent (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn’t care about illegal leaking (unless a republican had done it)

He doesn’t care about a drug addicted son of a VP making millions of dollars sitting on a board of a foreign company he has no experience with (unless a republican had done it)

BUT - he does care that trump once joked about Russia finding Hillary’s 33,000 illegally deleted emails.

AND - he cares about Trump having a benign phone call with the leader of a foreign ally asking for cooperation with a US investigation.

F*ck fuzz and his hypocritical ideology.

Cheating is their only chance. Think about that......

This is a hail Mary as I stated before, they know the’ve Lost already; America isn’t gullible enough (yet) to accept communism-lite and the argument for impeachment lacks any substance whatsoever.

I watched Pelosi live at whatever liberal chit tank she was speaking to and that chit show yesterday and I’m done, don’t need to keep up with this at all it will just blow over as another failed coup attempt in the end.

Meh, he’s a little smarter than these other leftists but still not smart enough to realize how bad of an argument he’s making. What it shows you is how effective blinding ideology can be, at least he’s still around all the other liberals left after the election are too shy to show their face for how wrong they were.

Which is a shame really, now we just have deluded leftists with incessant juvenile edstein posts

Poor mentally handicapped Trump doesn't know what a hyphen is and "discribing" while ranting about spelling. stable genius right there

The next trick for Adam Schiff will be to contact SNL to get Alec Baldwin to read his (Schiff's) version of the transcript as Trump. When that happens, Platnidumb and Jameslie would at the same time scream "Armageddon!" as they both simultaneously release their gerbils.

Hillary anyone? Trump hid nothing and did nothing wrong so...

So the "leaker" should have also been a whistleblower since they too were concerned with Trump's actions. Would you in fact feel better if they were in fact one and the same?

As a citizen you have a moral obligation to report suspected crimes. It doesn't matter who committed them. It's the responsibility of the authorities...in this case Congress to investigate and determine if an actual crime was committed.

You don't get to make the rules as the rules have already been established. A spy's information is only damaging if it in fact is damaging information. You can't label everything "confidential" as a public official...you don't seem to be able to grasp that fact. Why do you think the Freedom of Information Act exists?

One only needs to look at the unprecedented number of people that have resigned from various jobs and positions in the WH to know that there are many "uncomfortable" with Trump's methods.

Let me ask Bill. Is there a line that could be crossed where you agree it would be right of someone within the WH to report it? That whistleblowing would be justified??? If so, what is that line?
