China is our greatest threat, they are a communist nation with a long view of the US being diminished. That concerns me, and it should concern you as well.
No, China manipulated their currency and was one reason the tariffs were increased. So it costs more for Chinese goods imported this week than it did last week. On December 15th more electronics will be included in the tariffs. Basically a new tax.

The December 15th delay of tariffs is basically a favor to Tim Cook of Apple who has been lobbying Trump to exclude cell phones.
It can take years for a business to change their entire supply chain if everything is made in China. lol
