How did the United States exist before the Statue of Liberty? There is nothing on the Statue of Liberty that affected any of my ancestors. They were all here more than a century and almost as much as three centuries in some cases before the Statue of Liberty.

Give us your hordes that love the nation they left more than the new nation that gives them freedom and opportunity. Make sure your hordes give our leftist politicians a base they can pander to.

The Trump administration now says the statue of liberty is only for white people. We don't want any of those dirty brownies. At least they finally speaking honestly

A top Trump administration official said Tuesday that the famous inscription on the Statue of Liberty welcoming immigrants into the country is about “people coming from Europe” and that America is looking to receive migrants “who can stand on their own two feet.” The comments from Ken Cuccinelli

Last 2 years: Trump Russia collusion, Blah Blah Blah Blah. Trump Russia collusion, Blah Blah Blah Blah. Trump Russia collusion, Blah Blah Blah Blah. comment Russian collusion proven false maybe. Country in lowest unemployment, stocks through the roof.

Trump racist blah blah blah blah. Trump racist blah blah blah blah. Trump racist blah blah blah blah.

Reporter
: Democrat presidential hopefuls, what will you do when president. Trump racist blah blah blah blah. Trump racist blah blah blah blah. Give everyone except white people free stuff. Trump racist blah blah blah blah. Trump racist blah blah blah blah.

This is the lefts reality proven here everyday by the weak minded lemmings who echo everything the liberal media says.

What was the rest of his comment surrounding those statements.
Vox didn't cover that part. But again this is the guy that whines/bitches on both sides of the issue (actually every issue). The left preaches incessantly against any thought of immigration control and obviously wants the flood coming in with access to entitlements. And to bring this full circle, this is the same whiner that posts about the deficit when the CBO has been predicting the debt growth all the way back during the Obama admin due to.......ENTITLEMENTS.

Because if they eliminate the electoral college, states like Kentucky will be irrelevant.

The same people who view immigration as "more food options and exotic women bro" think a single government would maintain that diversity when the real endgame is boring south park future orange people culture debating the best way to describe atheism.

Both guards fell asleep? Lmao ok. These are almost surely people who work third shift as a career.

Wonder if they were paid, threatened, or both?

This isn't even the clintons. It's above them. A group of people made this move knowing full well noone would believe a word of this. They're that untouchable.

The people he knew stuff on had to be mind-blowing.

God help Vagisil and Playtex. Don't they know Dion and plat need their products.

Those guys are absolutely Philadelphia Creaming themselves that we should have this here.

Uniquely American to ban speech. Common good.

London (CNN Business)An advertisement juxtaposing male astronauts with a woman sitting by a stroller, and another depicting two hapless dads, are the first casualties of a British ban on gender stereotypes in advertising.

The ads, for Volkswagen and Philadelphia cream cheese, were investigated by the UK Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) after viewers complained they perpetuated gender stereotypes.
New rules that came into force in June prohibit depictions of gender that "are likely to cause harm, or serious or widespread offense."

The Volkswagen commercial shows a number of primarily male people taking part in adventurous activities two male astronauts in space, and a male athlete with a prosthetic leg doing the long jump before cutting to a mother sitting on a park bench next to a stroller. It prompted three complaints from viewers, and the ASA found it showed a woman "engaged in a stereotypical care-giving role."

"Our evidence shows how harmful gender stereotypes in ads can contribute to inequality in society, with costs for all of us," Guy Parker, chief executive of the ASA, said in a statement in June.
The ASA said commercials will still be allowed to show "glamorous, attractive, successful, aspirational or healthy people or lifestyles."

It's like an sjw version of Idiocracy.

Kinda like POTUS Heel Spurs who spends his entire campaign and his his first two years in office talking about Crooked Hillary after this:

In a 2012 interview with Fox News, Trump called Clinton a “terrific woman” and spoke highly of her work as secretary of state. When asked if he supported her, Trump said, “I don’t want to get into this because I’ll get myself in trouble.” He went on to say, “I just like her. I like her and I like her husband.”

It's like an sjw version of Idiocracy.

There are also no repercussions. There is no one to vote out of office. It's just like any regulatory agency here.

If you are against any reg, you are against clean air/water and worker safety. You most certainly are pro -ist and pro -phobes. There are never enough regs.

It's just gavel down. Done.

If you didn't hear bitching about the Electoral College for decades you've been under a rock. Two of our last three presidents won the presidency after losing the popular vote when that had only happened three times in history before that, the most recent one before W being 1888. This has been a hot topic for awhile.

Without the electoral college, Libs would only have to make about 6-8 campaign stops...the half dozen or so dense population centers.

Pubs have to campaign across and win a wide swath of the entire country.

8 or so big cities should not determine the fate of the entire country.

And here we see the real motivations for voter ID laws.

Verification?

You need a login/ID and password for:

Apple services
Google services
Netflix
Facebook
twitter

Need regular ID for
Guns
alcohol
to drive
traveling abroad

If affordability is the issue, fine, I think a fair compromise can be made to where low-income folks can get their ID and all proper papers free. No problem with that.

But, let's be honest, affordability really isn't the concern.

Kind of odd in an era in which one party screams "government and rich people pay for everything" you don't often hear "Put voter IDs on the ever-growing tab as well"

I mean good grief of all the shit Government can allegedly afford to pay for, how much could IDs for 30 million, give or take, IDs for low-income folks cost? Is that where we are going to draw the line and say "nope, that will be the straw that breaks the camel's back..."

ID cards and border security...total cost of 15 billion on the high end, hell let's round it to 20 just for shits and giggles...basically a rounding error in the grand scheme of things...at least we know libs have some kind of financial limit...

1) I thought there wasn't any money for a border wall. How can we spend those moneys elsewhere?

Sounds like aoc Amazon math. Just redirect the $5B to green energy compliance.

c) Lost my train of thought after (1).

iii) Best bang for your buck is to roll it over into reeducation camps.

The campaign stops are just a part of it. You would only have to direct a disproportionate amount of federal funding to those population centers. The entitlements sure, but jobs(public and private) owing their existence to the government.

Look at the 100 mile radius around D.C.

They did not go through the '08 recession like the rest of the country. It didn't miss a lick. It's in that population's best interest that nothing puts that brakes on an ever expanding government.

The Dems have a successful model in that area. Do away with the electoral college and franchise.

It starts looking like Hunger Games more everyday.

You're arguing about the heart and soul of our country and what it means to be an American. "some poem somewhere" is basically the same as Omar's "some people did something". I'll let the irony speak for itself.

Are you serious? One is an act by a terrorist group that killed 2500 people. The other is arguing a poem over rules the law.

And how you make that comment analogous with "The Trump administration now says the statue of liberty is only for white people" is beyond ludicrous, and quite frankly racist in it's own right. So you think white people are the only people capable of standing on their own two feet? I know an awful lot of minorities who would beg to differ.

Yes and the same people that talk about evil corporations, trickle-down economics, and income equality believe sending more money to the federal govt will trickle back out efficiently and fix everything.

Add another to the Clinton body count.

Just make it stop.

Judge overseeing key Jeffrey Epstein-related suit dies
90

https://www.politico.com/story/2019/03/25/judge-jeffrey-epstein-case-dies-1292394

Manhattan-based U.S. District Court Judge Robert Sweet passed away Sunday at age 96, the court announced. Sweet was appointed by President Jimmy Carter in 1978, confirmed that same year and continued to hear and rule on cases through the last few months.

Sweet was assigned to a lawsuit that emerged from the aftermath of Epstein’s controversial plea deal a decade ago, in which he escaped federal charges by pleading guilty to two prostitution-related offenses in state court. Epstein ended up spending 13 months in jail, with daily furloughs that allowed him to work in his office.
