I favor adding to the number of SC Justices - over the long-term. Nine people making such monumental decisions affecting 333M people is wrong to me. I'd add two every election cycle till we get to ~21. Still very few, but less likely to be a one vote difference in decisions.

They are more upset that the President pointed it out than they are about citizens living in squalor.
My disagreement with Trump is that Cummings is only partially responsible. The people that live in those areas apparently accept those conditions. How many people on here or that you know would just stand by while people dump next to their house or neighborhood? You’d pick it up and/or confront those dumping.

My thing is just more like what I was saying yesterday - it feels like on a given morning, Trump blindly throws a dart at a board and whatever he hits, he tweets about. I will agree that changes need to be made in most big cities, as well as in a lot of depressed rural areas. I don't think tweeting about a million different things every week helps that at all. People have short attention spans.
