I just checked. I'm still registered to vote in Kentucky. I haven't lived there since August of 2017. I'm also registered to vote in Indiana. I am a US citizen.

I've seen one. In Owensboro way back in 2002. Home for the summer and went to Target to pick some stuff up. Saw a guy wearing a wife beater and he had a tattoo of Hitler on one arm and one of a Klansman on the other. I just sort of looked at him and shook my head. He was standing very proudly at the entrance, like he wanted everyone to see him. I was really embarrassed that I witnessed this in my hometown. But now 17 years later that is literally my only experience.
