Trump needs to hammer home NAFTA. That is the winning ticket in this next election. The midwest has been eviscerated by NAFTA and all Trump has to do is tie that around Hillary's neck and this election is over. He's going to have Carrier front and center. I would hate to be their management team because Trump is going to harp on that all over the midwest.

Of course I look forward to all the "Ted Cruz's dad tried to kill JFK" stunts and will laugh at them roundly, but election-wise NAFTA is all Trump needs to win.

Yes, our massive social security outlays are directly tied to less than 5% of the population. NOT a huge population bubble (of mostly white people) reaping benefits at a rate that outstrips what the younger generation can put in.

Our huge military expenditures are because of Pablo and Gabriela demand to have their welfare payments be made in F-35s

Our corporate tax structure is because El Paso is mostly Mexican.

I have tried for some time to explain that Trump is going to steamroll this election. He is a CAT5 and still gaining strength. Perfect timing for his message. NAFTA screwed us. Our trade deals are terrible. We need a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it. Our politicians have made stupid deals that have hurt our sovereignty. We need somebody that is not a globalist to stand up for the American people.

How hypocritical would the US look to have pounded the Soviets and East Germans for 28 years over building a wall only to turn around and build our own. And what will be the cost to not only build, but to maintain a 2000 mile wall?
What will be the over/under on tunnels under the wall?

What about those pesky Canadians? Need another 5500 miles of wall to keep those hosers out.

Then you have 3 species of endangered large cats, Jaguar, ocelot and jaguarondi that only live along the border and range back and forth...along with herds of bison and other wildlife.

Then you still have to allow for legal crossings...lots of traffic both ways. Fake passports are pretty easy to get in Mexico.

We would end up spending $1000 for every $1 we might save.

Unless you have lived near the border you have no idea of the effort it would take. We would have as much success as has been achieved in the War on Drugs.
Whenever the US is successful in capturing large shipments of drugs into the US it only drives the price for those drugs up, which makes them more profitable, which brings more suppliers to the table.
Drive the wage gap between the US and Mexico higher...more Mexicans will take their chances to chase those jobs.
Walls will never defeat supply and demand. It's the undefeated champ.

I've been consistent on here with my main concern: illegal immigration. That's what I care about. That's what I want to stop. Trump was the only one to have the balls to bring it up and if we can actually start doing something about it, the economical burden will ease up.

Trump isn't going to build a wall, he's negotiating. He says he wants a wall knowing he'll never get it,....but what he wants is enforcement much tougher than we have now.
In this scenario left and right win.

Today, literally, I have heard the "Trump said Ted Cruz's father conspired to kill JFK" a dozen times and every time I laughed my ass off. That is so perfect. In one stroke Trump provoked a SCOTUS lawyer to blow his top, do his best Nixon impression, then exit the race completely unexpectedly.

Get this, Trump defeated the largest, deepest, most talented Republican field in history faster than Hillary could beat Socialist Bernie Sanders. Trump did it with little to no organization. Trump did it while spending a tiny fraction of the money that was spent against him. Trump did it while virtually not even paying attention to courting the actual delegates.
