Stops any illegal for being deported if they sponsor a minor or indicate they may sponsor one. At this point its to late for Trump to even veto the bill. They already have way more than enough to override. He lost bigly.

The bill looks terrible from top to bottom. Both GoP and Dems filled it up with stupid pork. Almost as bad as the omnibus bill.

I wasn't a Trump voter but I think overall he has been pretty damn good. But I'm also not shy to call him out when he does something bad. In my opinion he got worked over on this. He caved on shutdown and so much for negotiating a great deal, this deal is utter crap. I'm not even talking about just the budget for the fence (can't be a wall), it's everything else that is in it.
Declare an emergency, watch that open the floodgates when the Dems come back into power. Also who gives a crap about a wall with all the crap this new deal does with all the visas and making it almost impossible to deport an illegal. This is the kind of deal that republicans in the past would sign. Didn't think Trump would sign this crap.
I think the dems would have ended up using national emergencies for insane reasons regardless if Trump did this or not. That was always going to end up happening, IMO. Many past presidents used national emergencies to do things so this isn't even new, just that Trump gets put under a microscope no matter what he does.

Move all those headquarters down there and build some military bases which will have to be secured and impregnable, run some war games with the Army corps of engineers in which they practice building walls...
