"If you are not guilty of a crime, what do you need immunity for?" Trump said at a campaign rally in Florida in September.

"The mob takes the Fifth Amendment," Trump said at a campaign event in Iowa later that month. "If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?"

I am no fan of Bill Cosby but never-the-less some free advice - if you are innocent, do not remain silent. You look guilty as hell!

Most honest people I know are not under FBI investigation, let alone two.https://t.co/UcSmSA5aTj

The difference is that all it takes is one other person to have testified differently, and Mueller can call it perjury, and get an indictment. He isn't worried about proving guilt, an indictment would seal Trumps fate. Hell, they've already charged a man that the FBI originally stated didn't lie to them.

Trump hasn't asked for immunity. That statement was in response to Comey giving Hillary's people immunity before questioning them. He even questioned Hillary without putting her under oath, giving her every opportunity to lie. Will Mueller do the same for Trump?

Trump hasn't taken the Fifth.

Trump hasn't remained silent. He's made his positions well known. He's actually obsessively tweeted them for the entire world to see.

Trump isn't personally under investigation. Mueller's investigation is a counter intelligence investigation into Russian meddling and any crimes that may arise as a result of said investigation.

Of the few times Mueller's team has made a public statement, once was to go on record to say that Trump wasn't a target of the investigation.

Trump hasn't attacked a single rank and file FBI agent. He's attacked specific leaders at the top, by name, who were biased, crooked and corrupt.

Comey, McCabe, Strzock and Page deserved to be publicly shamed. They're an embarrassment to law enforcement. They were all demoted or fired for a reason.

It's always "different" with Trump...

Mueller, a life long Republican appointed to his position by a Trump appointed assistant AG, confirmed by a 98-3 vote...but it's all the Democrat's fault and a witch hunt.

Will you ever tire of making excuses?

1. Does Trump have immunity? No.

2. Has Trump plead the 5th? No.

3. Has Trump remained silent? Uhhhhhhh.....

4. Mueller and Company have repeatedly said he ISN'T under investigation nor is he a target of an investigation.

5. See number 4.

Unhinged lunatics. Every last GD one of you.

I'm still waiting for ONE sane "democrat" to admit to what their party was up to and to admit to what they have become.

It’s not an excuse, it’s reality. I don’t care what Mueller states as his party membership, or how much Rosenstein had the backing of Dems, although it is funny they fought every other Trump appointee.

The dept of justice has been covering their ass for 2 years now. Their leadership under Obama was corrupt. Now they’re covering their trail.

Yet Walmart went into those small towns, put mom and pop business who were providing those jobs out of business...
Are you trying to argue that those small towns are better off with a Walmart than they were with local small businesses? Have you not watched small town after small town nearly dry up and blow away after Walmart comes to town?

Costco isn't trying to be Walmart, they're a responsible corporate citizen. They don't pay their execs $22.8 million (1,188 times the median pay of a Walmart employee) and then do all they can to limit the pay of their employees. They go into markets where they can provide good, living wages to their employees while offering quality products at good prices. In return for treating their employees right Costco has almost zero employee turnover and therefore doesn't have to spend money recruiting and training new employees. Walmart spends 20% of their employee cost on recruiting and training new employees, Costco spends less than 1% on the same.

This is the problem with corporate greed. When Walmart comes to town and sucks all the profit that can be made and sends it back to Bentonville, AR and into the arms of a relative few and leaving only minimum wage job salaries there is little left to support the small town. Local businesses close one by one and the community dies a slow death.
- Community doesn't die because local businesses can't compete with lower costs - better distribution, economy of scale, labor efficiencies. Business districts may die, but that's not the community.
- You apparently don't believe people are better off with lower costs. If so, stop complaining about high medical costs.
- Why aren't you complaining about Amazon killing Walmart sales? Amazon doesn't even have stores anywhere around communities. Has to be cause they're run by a Lib, right?
- Walmart provides low cost products without a membership in thousands of small communities in the USA. Like 4700 stores (Over 50 in KY & across the state). Costco cherry picks wealthy to moderate income areas with membership requirements that the poor can't afford. Like 500 stores (FOUR in KY. Just 4 f-ing stores! How dam responsible is that to the poor???). So how is Costco helping the poor? They're not. Just Limousine Libs that you adore.

Man, we have gotten really idiotic. Everything HAS to be extreme now.

Random person - "Healthcare is broken, it needs an overhaul, let's try new things."

Right winger - "**** you, move to Venezuela you socialist, anti American POS."

Random person - "I support the 2A"

Left winger - "Murderous asshole! Why do you love school shootings?"

It's ****ing pathetic. A lot of us need to grow the **** up.

Buck Sexton? That HAS to be his porn screen name right?

It's his spy name, and a damn cool one at that. He's former CIA, and not the behind the desk kind. He worked counter terrorism and did a few tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

From February...
I just have to say, Buck Sexton is the best damn spy name ever. It's like something straight out of a porno spy parody. Props to his mother.

Costco membership costs $55. I filled up with gas today at Costco and saved about $12 on that fill-up alone. Their premium gas is cheaper than regular at surrounding stations. I fill up about once a week...that $55 investment will return me about 10x its cost on gas alone. I also received almost a $500 rebate on my purchases last year. If you live near a Costco and can't afford a membership your ability to do basic math might be one of the reasons you are poor.

Communities most certainly die when the ability to earn a decent living goes away.

Better off? Short term vs long term thinking. A good bit of the money spent in Walmart goes to pay the salaries of people in Arkansas. Money spent with local businesses stays within that community. In the short term you might have more money left in your pocket but if it affects you ability to earn are you really better off?

There is nothing at Walmart I must have, my life, your life and the lives of everyone are dependent upon medical care.

Maybe we don't talk about amazon because of things like this. Maybe it's a great place to work because it's ran by libs. Let me know when Walmart gets on that list. Wow, you walked right into that one.

Dude, you realize that the Washington Examiner is considered a conservative publication and their writers appear regularly on right-wing radio and tv...

Are they plotting with other conservative media to purposely ignore truth/facts and instead report slander to hurt Democrats?

Not to mention, does the Washington Examiner lie about their conservative lean like CNN, MSNBC, WaPo and NYT do about their liberal lean?
