Forgive me but I have a hard time believing in our Justice Department. In fact I am of the opinion it is one of the most corrupt institutions on earth. If you are a political enemy they can and will destroy you. The entire agency needs to be blown up and reorganized, starting with the spineless Jeff Sessions. I expect nothing from this report we already didn't know and I expect a lot of cover up or just plain non reporting which is as bad as a cover up.

Well Ben, that's a very easy question to answer. The IG was likely threatened to be suicided, so he decided to make the report as friendly to those involved as possible.
