No....but the devil's in the details. I am against rounding up grandmas who have been here 20 years. Time will tell what this looks like.
Are you FOR pardoning dudes that beat up cops and vandalize federal property??
They are going after criminals. If Grandma is a criminal then she needs to go regardless of how long she has been here. As for the pardons, i am good with most. How about Biden pardoning his Family Sam?

Im not excited about some of the j6 pardons and clemencies but.....they don't bother me much because those people never got a fair shake.

Any objective judge would've forced the government to hand over all discovery (as required by the law) which includes the number of cooperating or confidential witnesses and/or undercovers. You cant always get their names, but zero reason they should be withheld. Same with audio and video evidence.

Add in the fact they were all wrongly denied bail. People should understand most everyone in the federal system is entitled to be released post trial except in some limited circumstances. One of those being a flight risk and another being a danger to the general public. Id say rare few of these defendants met either of those exceptions and at worst should've been given pretrial monitoring.

Finally the speedy trial act. Every defendant is entitled to a speedy trial. That is a very strict standard in federal courts and requires trial in 70 days from the latter of indictment or first appearance. The only exception to it is an ends of justice exception which is applied only in complex cases, which are also defined. These cases met none of these, but people were held pretrial forever which forced many just to go ahead and plea.

Short of all these blatant injustices, most all these defendants probably beat their cases anyway. So while im not excited about the move, i think its ultimately the just result.

Next step is to find out everything about the setup and pursue every prosecutor that intentionally withheld this information and prosecute for perjury or obstruction of justice everyone that withholds evidence or lies about what went on.

One consistent thing with these pardons is they paid back everyone that helped hook and crook for the dem party.

Now consider the surprise pardon of jerry lundergan. What did he do for the party? Wrong question. What did his daughter do for the party? She was ky sos when andy beat bevin in a race where gop murdered dems down ballot but oddly not for governor.

Also dont forget im pretty sure they got the no bid contracts to put up the covid temporary hospitals that never saw a patient.

Given this pardon, i think its a decent chance they stole that election. Bevin was about to start the school voucher program, which trump was going to model.

A lot of us thought that entire election was shady. Follow the money replaced by follow the pardons.

Remember even those who did commit some sort of violence have served 3-4 years in VERY harsh conditions.

Time served.

I doubt they ever do that again. Or ever go to DC again.

This bitch is gone.

Victoria Nuland is the name I keep seeing regarding this issue. She was a Diplomat for Obama and one of the first pieces to destabilizing Ukraine via the Maidan protestors, asserting that the US should have more say in the process of restructure, then parlayed that into pressuring Ukraine to make specific appointments, especially for for PM.

Just normal cia stuff.

She did not receive a pardon.

EDIT: Ah, apparently, she represents the start of the GOF biolabs existing in Ukraine.

That says it all. Pro cop beater. Pro rioter. Pro destroying property. Pro vandalize.
If all grandma did was come to America for a better life and hasn't committed any crimes then leave her alone.

I’m not a lawyer so I’m not sure how possible this is, but if the people who faced unjust punishment or were denied their rights before being thrown in jail can file a giant civil suit against all that wronged them, I’m ALL for that. These people should be able to sue the pants off the folks of the J6 committee who gladly lied and covered evidence to allow these folks to go to jail.

When ppl don't understand how Trump gained a large share of black voters. The following is why. Instead of trying to speak to them like they were regular Americans- give them opportunity for entrepreneurship, opportunities for their youth to be interested in STEM, literally anything that any other race is interested in. They completely insulted them by thinking trotting a bunch of rappers on stage was all that was needed to appeal to them. Ppl like this:

I cannot believe a former stripper prostitute who used to drug and rob men and now raps about her pussy is somehow not smart.

Don’t know all the details but he was awaiting sentencing on charges of witness tampering, disorderly conduct, etc. Not sure how much time he was going to have to do. Really sad what happened to him but I thought if people commit a crime, shouldn’t they do their time?

**please keep response to the topic at hand and not the obligatory “well Biden pardoned his family”.. I’ve already stated I don’t agree with a preemptive pardon**

The left is so awful and so evil that there is nothing I wouldn’t pardon against these parasites. While we are at it, let’s pardon the drugged out Pelosi lover that hit him with a hammer. I mean these people tried to murder Trump, imprisoned protestors while spending months, actually years, funding psycho leftists, Antifa and BLM destroying and attacking everything in its path.

Given the standards the last 4 years, they did nothing compared to those all over the country who were released for much more egregious crimes including the illegal invasion across the border and many of those criminals committing harsh and sometimes violent crimes only to be released back into the system. Unjust treatment to Americans and leniency for actual criminals all in the name of getting votes to destroy the country. Destroy being used to describe the attempt at changing the laws of the constitution or just doing away with the constitution all together. Which by the way, was basically conveyed verbally by Obama in his first term and continued with the shadow government we all knew was happening because Joe really was clueless his full time in office.

What’s everyone’s favorite moment from day 1?

Gotta say, I was super impressed at the quickness the border closed. Probably the most damning thing today for democrats who cried that they were being shoe stringed by republican senators.

Most interested to see what happens with birthright citizenship. I think the SCOTUS will shoot this down, but people much smarter than me were able to circumvent the 1st amendment to ban TikTok.

Lastly, the drill baby drill is such a good slogan, but not sure how much more drilling can be done. These oil companies have scoured our territories and have drilled already in places that are profitable. We’ll see going forward.

Birthright citizenship is done.

Also the best way to handle the liberal insanity is to ignore it here and elsewhere. Many of them are paid trolls and the rest, many others just want to be part of the resistance crowd, the rest are just stupid.

Odd as it sounds, even dunking on them gives them a voice and/or earns them money. Just ignore them and let them shout into the void.
I could not agree more.

Good question. Have they learned their lesson? I’m sure they at some point over the last couple of years thought “how the F did I get here” and “why did I listen to everything that grifter said”. But now that grifter has pardoned them and told them they did nothing wrong so who knows. If there was another storming the capitol event, I’m guessing they’d be there again.

If they are holding these women against presidential orders, then the people holding them need to be arrested immediately, removed from their positions, and investigated for possibly abusing these women as well. W.t.a.f...
Perhaps that is why they are still holding them...abuse. Don't want them getting out to tell their story. Abuse being not uncommon over the last 4 years because of the liberal mindset.

"Julian Khater, who assaulted a U.S. police officer, Brian Sicknick, and later pled guilty to assaulting a police officer with a dangerous weapon. Devlyn Thompson, who hit a police officer with a metal baton, and Robert Palmer, who is the Florida man who attacked police with a fire extinguisher, a wooden plank, and a pole.
I love how the last few years people on here have been saying “show me where someone has actually beat up an officer on J6” and there’s not only video but people literally admitted in court to it lol.

Also not sure why Trump is pardoning J6 defendants. I thought Antifa and the FBI did it all right?

Does Russia still have that WSJ reporter? Maybe any lesbian basketball players? Hell, maybe just a case of vodka?

I’ll give them Victoria Nuland for whatever they’re willing to offer.

Good luck fixing 4 straight years of job growth, low unemployment, GDP growth, record stocks and no major wars involving mass deployment of US soldiers.
Over the next 4.....We already have
Nazi salutes and promises to round up large groups of people for deportation. What could possibly go wrong?? 🤣🤣
You are just here to troll. Nobody can be this dumb. Back to ignore you go.

Hilarious.
A nice rant on law and order as well as the Constitution.... While simultaneously cheering on the pardoning of cop beaters/vandalizers/rioters and the trashing of birthright citizenship guaranteed by our US Constitution.
The irony and ignorance to it is astounding.

I've mentioned this a few years ago. Have a friend who has done a lot of work on our properties. He went to J6 and went into the Capitol. Just strolled around taking pictures, etc. Said he was in there for about 10 minutes. 4-5 months later got a call from the FBI. They asked a bunch of questions and wanted/took his cell phone. Long story short, he was arrested but wasn't taken to D.C. Not sure if he was even taken to jail here in Ohio. He had a virtual/Skype trial with a D.C. judge. Can't remember what his penalty was (fine, etc)....but one thing in his verdict was that the judge mandated that he could not return/go to D.C.

In retrospect he was lucky that he wasn't hauled in to spend the last 3-4 years in jail.

I kind of miss Dion. He at least could put coherent posts together, though always wrong. The Sams are just retarded and say the same things over and over they hear on CNN. No ability to even formulate a coherent independent thought.
So says the dude who rails against criminals, BLM violence against police, and any attempt to circumvent the Constitution......
While simultaneously cheering for the pardoning of cop beaters, criminals and the executive decision to illegally end the Constitutional guarantee of birthright citizenship.
Talk about ignorance and incoherence. 🤣

Things like this. Anyone with a brain would realize how retarded this post is the day after Biden pardoned cop killers. Certainly would maybe dawn on them how goddam stupid they’d be to take this line of argument after they defended Michael Brown, the guy in Louisville who used his girlfriend cop as a human shield, etc. But no, lefties aren’t sending their best and brightest to Catpaw. Or maybe they are.

Don’t even have to get into the constitutional arguments the Sams just absolutely will not comprehend.

We need better lefties to at least maybe make some coherent arguments against Trump.

Vivek being removed from DOGE and relegated to the back of the stage.

Dude's a snake pouring honey into the ears of the desperate. IMO, of course.
I think having two heads leading DOGE was also ineffective. I’ve learned more about Vivek recently, especially with the Parkinson’s treatment that he pimped and I hope he quickly disappears into the ether.

I respect the rule of law, and understand our founding documents, and the Constitution, are about protecting the citizens from an unchecked government.

If the government commits crimes imprisoning its citizenry so severe that the people who committed those crimes need blanket pardons to protect them from prosecution, I err on the side of releasing every single person who may have been victims of their crimes, regardless of the severity of the alleged conduct of the victims. We’ll never know how many federal agents were coercing the people who allegedly committed violent acts to commit those acts.

Birthright citizenship is a GD Constitutional guarantee...but your side DGAF about beating cops or trashing our Constitution do you? Clowns.
Simmer down Sambo. Your team wrote the playbook on reinterpreting the Constitution. Most rational folks know granting citizenship to newborn children of foreign nationals who illegally invaded the country and happen to pop out a kid while on American soil probably wasn’t the intent of the Constitution. Trump is just setting the table for this to be considered. I suspect SCOTUS will shoot this down, but I suppose Trump figures why not start there with the negotiation, metaphorically speaking. If SCOTUS shoots it down, then perhaps Congress will pursue an amendment to address the issue.
