Why park the truck right at the front door of the hotel where he could have killed countless numbers of people? Why not park it further away, away from where people would be? Would still have gotten as much coverage, notice from the media, etc. Why not park it at another hotel?

He should know. He bought off most of the country's leaders. Couldn't do that in China. Sad thing is that we'd have to allow the govt to monitor all communications and banking to stop it. I'm definitely not in favor of that, unless it's monitoring people in office or bureaucratic positions. But you have to have shepherds policing the wolves, rather than the wolves policing the sheep.
