I might buy that argument if you only had two cycles of data. Instead you can go back 4 or 5 elections and total votes are about the same. The massive outlier is 2020 where 15 million votes just sprang up outta nowhere.

There's no way to extract it from outside. I rarely agree with you on anything but this is accurate. 9 million stayed home, it’s not difficult to understand and it’s not some smoking gun that 2020 was rigged like MAGA wants it to be. It was much easier to vote in 2020 and people weren’t motivated for Kamala this time around.
