You are being your disingenuous self again. It does not say forbids having to pay for anything to vote, it says you cannot be denied for not paying poll taxes or other taxes. Having to get an ID to prove you are a citizen does not fall under that. Many states have waivers for paying for ID's for lower income citizens anyway.

There are around 11 million illegals in the US. There are around 36 million authorized immigrants in the US. (That 11 million figure is approximately the same as it was during Trump's tenure, BTW.)
The phrase "foreign-born" worker has a broader meaning than "illegal". Most foreign born inhabitants have been welcomed to the US via ordinary immigration, and the special immigration of refugees from Cuba, Venezuela, Ukraine, and Nicaragua. They are on the path to citizenship. They are a legitimate -- and necessary -- part of our work force.
The reason I doubt the statistic is that unemployment rates for foreign born workers and native workers have been flat as a pancake for years. 4.3% and 4.2% respectively. I'm no demographer but I imagine the immigrant population to be younger and harder working than native workers. Hence the 0.1% difference in unemployment rates. The statistic seems cherry-picked -- usually one examines such things by year -- to artificially inflate some "outrage" that has nothing outrageous about it.

And paying for an ID does not meet the definition of a poll tax. There was a time when certain ID's, licenses and Voter Registration were denied as a condition for not paying your Poll Tax. But those specific tax levies were outlawed. The fee to obtain these things is just that, a fee, not a tax. it's how County Clerks offices and Records offices generate their revenue. Those people paying the poll tax were still going to pay a fee to get their Driver's license or Hunting License or whatever. Registering to vote is free everywhere. But a "search fee" which is what the fee to obtain a duplicate Birth Certificate is called is not a "tax."
