Biden supporter and Democrat Socialist Policy poster soy is apparently on the lamb. Lesson...do not make the obvious policy objectives look bad by simply saying them out loud. Biden wants these objectives to be unspoken.

My 401k is thru the roof. Got my COLA. Wife got a raise. Cars and house are paid off. 2 trips planned to Florida. Community I live in is experiencing a housing/business boom.
Life is pretty damn good.
Pretty damn good for a guy who sounds like he is pretty well off. Some of us out here in America don't have a damn 401k, some of us out here America can't afford 1 damn trip to Florida let alone two, some of us out here in America don't live in a well off zip code.

The Dem party is the party of the wealthy and privileged. This guy is proof of that.

Dude my wife and I (retired) are teachers. Never made more than 110K total in a year combined.
If we can make it on that income ANYBODY can.
We drove our cars till the wheels fell off, didn't buy a house above our means, don't buy designer clothes, cut my own grass, did my own repair work, sent my kids to the local public school and watched our spending.
When I was younger I cut my orange juice with water, fixed my muffler with hose clamps and beer cans, burned my couch to save $$$ on removal fees, unloaded banana semitrucks, and skipped vacation for 6 years while I put my kids thru college.
Btw....Nobody gave me a dime. No family money until I created some to leave for my kids.
I will give you the fact that housing costs are higher now, but I also paid 9.5 percent interest on my first house in the 90s. And people bitch about 5 percent. 🤣

If Trump gets in as President he could actually use the illegal immigration invasion to his benefit. He's obviously going to try deport as many invaders as possible but what he should do is only concentrate on purple and red states and let it be known that that is where he will concentrate deportation efforts due to sanctuary states not cooperating. He can force illegals into blue states. That in and of itself will flip blue voters to red in those cities and drive red voting citizens in those states to red or purple states solidifying those states as Republican. It's all about playing chess.
Actually those illegals will give those blue states more US House seats in reapportionment in 2030. Meanwhile, Pubs with any sanity will continue to be driven away from those states - as occurring now - to get away from the BS. NET, more Dims elected with fewer people actually eligible to vote in those districts.

A $75,000 house in 1990 is probably $350,000 now. Not to mention the corresponding inflation.

True...but my parents paid 27k for a house in 1975 that's worth 400k now.
That's always been the case with real estate.
Home sales were up 9.5 percent last month so obviously people are making more money now as well.
Things are pretty good overall right now but people just love to bitch.
As long as unemployment is at 3.9 percent, GDP is at 5 percent, car sales are up, home sales are up, and the stock market is setting new records every week.... it's just bitching and moaning for sport.

So much for just travel to another state when your rape victim is 13, doesn't understand sex, and is dirt poor.
Rape babies with child mothers are now becoming a thing in 2024....
Trump's America.

Trump hasn't been president since Jan 20, 2021, Village Idiot.

Just fyi, not sure you know who is on any given day.

True unless the President alters the way the Census Bureau collects population counts.

Wow. New homes jumped 9.5% over January....but they are still down over 3% from last year. Do you just spin or just don't do your research.

In KY? I would like to see proof that a $27K house from '75 is worth $400K now. Unless there is a tremendous amount of land that the property sits on that has appreciated due to its location....or you built several additions and upgrades.....I tend to think you are doing exactly what you accused Trump of doing.

My parents paid exactly 27k for a 3 bedroom cape cod w/an unfinished basement in Louisville in 1975.
"Between 1970 and 1975, the average cost of a home jumped from $27,000 to $40,900 —"

This is a listing for a similar house in the same area today....

Prices go up over time regardless of who is in the Oval Office.
Btw... I'm a lot of things but liar isn't one of them.

They are up compared to what? Biden's second year? Biden's 3rd?

Outside of March 2020-August 2020 which Biden month is higher than Trumps?

Same with housing. Biden is on fire.

Biden is doing awesome if you only compare Biden to umm Biden.

He created this disaster of a Supreme Court that led to children being forced to have their rapist's babies.
Trump's Merica....

Again…

Mississippi’s abortion ban contains narrow exceptions, including for rape victims

Why the hell are you lying to scare girls into having babies to feed your political narrative?

I clearly said LOCATION. I am familiar with the area. St. Matthews has most recently hit the jackpot. They are fortunate to be in that LOCATION. Unique because that house would be worth half that in most of the county.

It wasn't. Kyle Rittenhouse didn't own a store.

All the workers were illegal immigrants, it’s not because they do jobs no one else wants as the article states. A highway job is a damn good job and coveted. It’s because the contractor can underbid everyone. It’s exactly why the Dems and the elites don’t give a damn if millions of illegals enter the country, they’ve sold us out to a lower cost labor pool.

Half?? 🤣🤣🤣 You gotta be kidding. You obviously know nothing about the Louisville area real estate market. Anything that is halfway decent STARTS out around 300k.
Little starter homes in Bullitt County are 220K plus for a 3 BR box.
JTown...

German Town....

Downtown....

A Box in Bullitt...

Maybe you should read your links. Look at the average price of the homes in the area. Both in GermantownSchnitzelburg show low $200k average home costs.

Just look at the renovations that went into those houses to get them to those asking prices....they will not get. 9 days on market. Please get back with links to tje price reductions. I can see 50k and more in renovations. Just the bathroom alone likely cost 20K to update. The kitchens, new cabinets can run 1500 a foot. So ask 300+ doesn't mean receive, especially in those two crappy germantown locations. JTown is 1989. Already like 150K new.

Yea what do I know, just living in Lou my entire life. I am quite aware of J-Town. I am also aware that we are specifically talking about homes built in the 70s. You and I both can cherry pick houses all day. I live in Anchorage and know that there are similar houses her that beat the snot out of St. Matthew's. I also am quite flush with rental properties, most commercial, but res also. So you are barking up the wrong tree cuh.

I shot roo low at 50% but $250kish.
