I live out in a rural area, but not all that far outside of Louisville. But we are somewhat prepared and getting more prepared. all the kids and our mothers have been told to make their way out to our place if the shit hits the fan. I'm more concerned about half the city trying to follow them out there.
Jan 6th was not a peaceful assembly. It was a purposeful gathering of gullible violent fools.
It was speaker after speaker enraging a crowd that had been lied to for months and told that their vote no longer counted in America. Total BS.
Who invited ALL those people there??
Why were they invited on election certification day right near the Capitol?
Why were they told Pence could overturn the election and defy the Constitution?
Who was the very last speaker before the angry mob breached barricades, attacked Capitol police and broke down doors/windows to get into the Capitol?

Ate there about twice before I decided they cost way too damn much. That was a number of years ago even, when they first came into our market. Back then it was still $14-15 for what I could get elsewhere for $8-10.

If this is all true about the indictments/filings, every defendant should file motions to set aside their conviction and for prosecutorial misconduct. In a just world, each of those would be granted and the prosecutors would face bar discipline

- We do know some things that were hidden from us on that day, though. We know there were FBI agents in that crowd. We know the democrats hid film footage and possibly destroyed some of it. We know that capital police ALLOWED SOME OF THAT CROWD IN. And we know, of course, that more and more has been revealed about the fact that the 2020 election was most certainly not secure.

That meal was $10 at places other than 5 guys. It was never $10 there. FIrst time I ever went there right after they got into the Louisville market, I spent close to $15 for pretty much that exact same meal. Only been back once since and that was because others wanted to go there too. They've always been overpriced.

But those cooked books are forcing the Fed to keep interest rates high, which is further damaging the economy.
Now I know I should take a ride down to Nashville with sambowieshin next weekend and hang out on Broadway to get a sense of how the real economy works, but I’m busy, so I’ll just have to rely on what I’m seeing everyday and from clients who operate in consumer discretionary industries.
