That one person can pay $44 billion to punish someone mocking them should illustrate to you just how bad our world has gotten.
That it took one person paying $44 billion to expose the horrible stuff that should have been exposed by the many people already in charge tells me a whole lot more about how bad our world has gotten.

That one person is being attacked by multiple people, organizations & government entities just for exposing said atrocities...tells me even more.

Stuff that the former CEO, safety team, & other employees should have exposed. Stuff that FBI agents (current & former) should have exposed. Stuff that would STILL be going on if “that one person” hadn’t paid $44 billion.

It’s pretty scary because not many of the people out there that can afford to do such a thing would be willing to step out on a limb like that and take that much heat. In fact, we may have stumbled upon the only one.

So yeah, him paying $44 billion to do whatever the Hell he wants to do doesn’t tell me near as much as what has occurred since the purchase.

And to think...just a couple of years ago...prior to denouncing the Democratic Party...Elon was championed by the left. A hero of the green energy effort. A genius. A philanthropist.

Now? He is simply a villain.

Wake up, man. They’ll turn on you too when the time is right.

There was nothing wrong with what I wrote in the context and in reply to the post that I replied. It was you that grabbed two unrelated posts and tried to pit them against each other.
In others words, “there are replies and then there are other replies. Now do I think the reply was unrelated to the other replies, idk but the reply was what I wrote so we will just need to focus on the individual replies at a time when the replies can be examined more closely “

Those tweets show how little understanding those Twitter twits had of what this country actually is and what our Constitution actually means.
There is no constitutional right that Twitter, Facebook or any privately owned company to be fair with what is published with their apps. Constitutional rights apply only to the government and governmental entities.
It’s sad that you were today’s years old before you learned that fact.

Mortgage rates falling back down. GDP going up. Gas back under $3. oil in freefall. Stock Market climbing. Inflation falling. Jobs booming. wages booming Senate control secured. Biden just wins and wins and wins!

You tried to joke but that's literally what he did. Today he's banning people posting the video of him getting booed off stage. He bought Twitter so it could be run exactly how it was before. Just spreading his message instead of one he doesn't like. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
Interesting take for such a small sample size. I am sure you were highly critical of the old boss here (if so, I know you will search those out and show us). While we wait, I suggest we also wait on how Elon handles Twitter, as well. Admitting now that the old boss was daft and corrupt is a bit late to the game. But, whether the new boss is the same will take a bigger sample before anyone can offer a sane conclusion.

Kind of like how Fox, Newsmax, etc pretty well ignored the Jan 6 hearings.

Likely because everyone except those who want to leverage it for political points saw it for what is was and moved on.

It may have had more of that “shock” value that Nancy wanted if we hadn’t already watched Dems riot, kill cops, burn down gov buildings/churches, tear down statues, and basically destroy whole cities leading up to that. Remember? the “peaceful” protests that the Dems cheered on.

Can you cite any cities or government buildings that were destroyed?
There were over 20,000 BLM marches/protests across the US… about 1% had violence of any kind associated.

How were they unrelated? I responded to you, he responded to me, and I reminded me of the context, created by you. I am not sure you know what “unrelated” means.

They were unrelated in that they referenced different periods of time. The sun rises, the sun sets. There’s what happened before and during the pandemic and what happened once the pandemic ended.

But if the shoe had been on the other foot and Twitter was conspiring with the GOP and Melania Trump someone would be cleaning your exploded head off your keyboard right this second.

Though that's legal inside a private company.
So do you believe a private bakery should have the ability to deny any customer they choose?
Should a ordained minister who does weddings and operates as a private company be able to turn down same-sex marriages?
Should a private business be able to not require masks if they choose? and better yet, be able to stay open if they choose because they are private.
