That “1%” caused about 2 Billion dollars damage. Imagine thinking that these numbers are insignificant. That’s the kind of blind idiocy that has infected the left.
In other news: in the great state of California, 7,000 individuals convicted of sexual assault on a minor were released from prison today all having served less than 1 year in jail.

Since pedophilia has an astronomically high recidivism rate (I've read where it's at least 4X higher than other crimes), what new form of insanity has CA succumbed to? Newsom's office, of course, deflected and said they had nothing to do with the release of these criminals as it was up to local authorities.
With rampant homelessness, sky high taxes, criminals running amok and being let out with little more than a slap on the wrist, etc. - is good weather and pretty beaches really worth all of that? Let's not forget 1/3 of welfare recipients live in CA, their immigration policies are nonexistent, they are seriously talking about >$550 billion of reparations for descendants of slavery in the state, and I could go on. They are truly insane in CA and every new notion that pops up is even crazier than the last.
