Was driving through louisiana today and stopped to get gas. As i am leaving i see 3 cop cars go by and some dude running. Being a regular on this board, i know something bad is about to happen. The guy runs up and down the street trying to get away from the cops but they cut him off and yell to him to stop. He does, puts his hands up and is gasping for air after all that running. Two more cars pull in and i am wondering WTH this guy has done to get FIVE cars. 6 cops surround him, and you know what those dam ra$$ist cops did? They gave him a bottle of water. And they talked with him. No one cuffed him. After the guy finished the water i drove off.
