Most probably because they know most conservative people do not really care as long as they are not pushing it openly in their face. It is only when companies start shaming or dissing people (as coke and a few others did) and making a public issue out of it that people start fighting back. They (corporations) know if they don't support it in some way, shape, or form, liberal idiots will make an open and squeaky wheel case out of it.
