HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Look who's 'suddenly' concerned about spending...$2 million? Your gaggle of jerkoffs in the White House just borrowed FORTY BILLION DOLLARS from China and sent it to Ukraine (with 10% - $4 Billion - for the big guy I'm sure) while babies are going in the hospital for malnutrition here at home.

You're a lousy hypocrite.
Not only that. See if James knows how much money is being spent on Secret service agents accommodations to protect Hunter Biden while he lives it up in I think Malibu. Any taxpayer money being used to protect that POS is an affront to American citizens.

The US doesn't have the oil reserves to sustain hyper production. If we had spent the last 50 years not importing oil we would be dried out. All the oil is in south America and the middle east. Everything left in north America is really ****ing expensive to get to and also destroys the land and poison the water table. The only viable solution for the US is a shitload of nuclear and electric cars. 70% of our oil use is transportation. Cut that in half and oil isn't an issue anymore.
Depends.

I know of all those things well. And I was guessing that's what you meant despite the obfuscation. Thanks. Good to get the straightforward meaning out of you.

Don't know what that has to due to with Japan arming themselves today. I'd say their people have changed (quite) a bit over the last 77 years. Sorta like the Germans maybe?

Oh, no one is not permitting Japan from spending/having a large military except themselves. No outside forces involved. And they do already spend around 1% of GDP on military. I wish they'd start a major building up now. Signed, Warmonger
IIRC the Japanese constitution does not allow for offensive forces. I believe that was an agreement coming out of WW2.

1 second search:

Under Article 9 of the 1947 constitution, which was written by Prime Minister Kijūrō Shidehara under the supervision of the SCAP,[17] Japan forever renounces war as an instrument for settling international disputes and declared that Japan will never again maintain "land, sea, or air forces or another war potential."[1] Later cabinets interpreted these provisions as not denying the nation the inherent right to self-defense and, with the encouragement of the United States, developed the JSDF step by step.

On 1 July 1954, the National Security Board was reorganized as the Defense Agency, and the National Security Force was reorganized afterwards as the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (de facto post-war Japanese Army), the Coastal Safety Force was reorganized as the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (de facto post-war Japanese Navy),[14][15] and the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (de facto post-war Japanese Air Force) was established as a new branch of JSDF. General Keizō Hayashi was appointed the first Chairman of Joint Staff Council—professional head of the three branches. The enabling legislation for this was the 1954 Self-Defense Forces Act [ja] (Act No. 165 of 1954).

You can't even make up how inept and corrupt everything Trump touches ends up. The ****ing companies Trump hand picked to build the border wall have been smuggling mexicans into the country with roads they built specifically for the smuggling under the cover of wall construction. The covered up border patrol cameras with construction equipment and filed thousands of false spending invoices. MAGA!

what was Trump going to do if they took Taiwan? send mean tweets. Nobody wants wars between advanced countries anymore, the cost in hardware and life would immense. so in reality China could take over Taiwan whenever they want and i doubt Bush, Obama, Trump, or Biden would do anything meaningful to stop it except sanctions. Now if they started killing hundreds of thousands of Taiwanese that would change but I don't think they would have to, not much of a fight would get put up. What did Trump do as China took back full control over Hong Kong? nothing but tweets.
